Alrighty. Just spend an hour or so on the game, and here's what I have to report for now. I'll update as I go along.
- CAW mode is relatively unchanged. Some menus have been renamed, such as face morphing now being called "Shape.
- Colors must be adjusted (meaning you have to move it at least 1 point in the color pallet) before shade and transparency apply.
- 3D points system takes some getting used to, but if you're at all a skilled CAW creator, you can work around it to recreate your old looks.
- "Tattoos" are now called "Designs" and "Designs" are now called "Logos".
- Applying logos is now more like applying vinyls on NFS: Shift or Sforza. The rotation of logos are now 8 Axis instead of 4, meaning you can set logos to DIAGNAL posisitions. (Totally re-worked Dru's back ink using that fact.)
- Logos have no limit to how large you can make them. You can take 1 logo and stretch it to cover the whole area of a body part.
- Logos can be applied to Hoodies. (For the Indy crowd)
- Shirts and Tights don't apply to the Points system, Elbow Pads, Knee Pads and Boots do.
- No more "Skin" options. It gives you full body templates from which you can morph to fit the body size you want. (Dru looks as big as Mark Henry, which was the body size I was going for.)
- Height of caw determines weight. You can't set the weight to an exact value.
- Crotch Blur only appears on the front of the caw, not on the rear.
- Still 32 God damn layers. WTF???
- No more names. Only 3 pages of "Nicknames" Double WTF???
I'll report more as I go along.

- All moves available from the start. No unlocking any moves. (Nice)
- Only only the Dirty Pin, Ref Shield, Move Theft, Taunt Theft, Hammer Throw, Possum Pin, Ring Escape, and Pull Back Attack abilities are available by default. The others I presume must be unlocked.
- Quick Grapple now split into 3 categories, Front, Back and Royal Rumble.
- Each Strong Grapple as a SS attached to it by clicking R3.
- UCMs are can now be selected in your standing grapples. (Has it's own category)

I gotta question for you. Does the items that count toward the point system like boots, elbow pads, and etc. Also count toward the 32 layers or are they separated?
Because that would suck if they do. Plus we would have been lied to by THQ/Yukes. Again. As they said they have gotten rid of the old Layer System in favor of this new Points System. Which from what you have said is obviously not the case.

- Crossface is in. It's a Strong Grapple SS move.
- Some moves that were finishers in past games are now regular moves. (Such as the 99 Crusher, TKO, The Last Ride, Wrestling Hero Slam and Kofi's 2009 Trouble In Paradise, which can only mean he has a new one this year.)
- Lots of new moves. A new T-Bone, Several new Neckbreakers, etc.
- Hells Gate is a SS Move now.
- New Category of specifically for Submission Matches.
- CAWs can be copied like previous games. Which means you can work on beefing up one CAW to start, unlock all of the abilities, then simply copy him and make the rest of your roster.
- You can create up to 3 Alternate attires for CAWS.
- DOWNLOADED CAWS CAN NOT BE EDITED IN ANY WAY.

- You can create up to 3 Alternate attires for CAWS. So if we submit our guys to the staff, we can make 3 different attires or does that take up 3 CAW slots? I'm asking so no one else has to.

But again, the more skilled creators shouldn't see this as to large a problem.

No, they all count towards only the CAW, not the slot it's in. You have the orginal attire, and 3 alternates, which mean 4 total looks. If you replace a particular part, it replaces for all of the other outfits, but you can edit the designs and colors freely. So Kayn could have 4 different T-Shirt layout for just his one caw.

That would be a "Yes". So long as you don't change the parts, they stay the same for each attire. You can change your design layouts and color schemes though. It's gonna be real fun for the more stylized characters like A.Cee and Milo. So long as your attire uses the same parts, you can create totally different looks using the same attire pieces. Just switch up your designs and colors and their ya go.
Presently playing the CAW RTWM. Pretty fun. Already have Dru to a decent level. The way attributes work is twofold. As your play, you earn points that you can assign wherever you want, but it's HOW you play that levels a particular attribute up. The more you level it up, the more points you can add to that category. Easiest ones to level up are Strength, Striking and Durability, hardest to level up is naturally Technique. But of your course you can level up in any mode, so if you're desperate, you can just spam 2 Player mode and just counter all day to build that category up. Should take people but a month to get their caws up to at least 80. Maybe sooner if you're hardcore about leveling up.

Is it 32 layers just for the PS2 or both the PS2 and XBox 360?

And speaking of slots (and I'm sorry if I missed this): 30 slots for CAWs or 50? Or somewhere in the middle? - You can create up to 3 Alternate attires for CAWS. So if we submit our guys to the staff, we can make 3 different attires or does that take up 3 CAW slots? I'm asking so no one else has to.

It's for the PS3 and PS2 I'm presuming. No idea about the 360.

You'd think they'd upgrade it on the PS2 (or at least the PS3) to 64 layers by now. Or 48 at least. Just saying.

Dammit they could have at least given the PS3 64 layers like I know they give the X-Box 360. Well I guess I'm going to haft to put in some work with that paint tool. So I won't have to use so many layers on putting designs together.
