And I can't say that I expected anything less from those guys. I don't think there's any disputing anyone who's won tonight so far...and the next awards shouldn't be an exception.
There's an old saying in the wrestling industry-"Looks aren't everything, but they help." That's why we have our Hardbody and Hotbody awards...going to the best looking man and woman in the league. Now, this isn't just about their physiques...it's the total package. The attitude, the confidence, the swagger...all those things that make a person desired by many and envied by many more.
This year, we've got ourselves on Hardbody, and two Hotbodies...one winning it for the second time. I guess she might have a claim for it like Punchy does with the Loose Screw award. The other...well...she's a scrappy little lass who's got lots of fight under her sultry exterior. I guess she won it because she looks like trouble. That's hot.
Now...show us your good sides!

Punch continued to wander aimlessly backstage, and soon came across the Production trucks. An evil thought popped into his head as he saw that the door on the Truck was left open, so he goes to investigate. Sure enough, this particular truck was unattended as the guy running it went to the bathroom. Punch sliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiides in and takes a seat at the console.
Now this...kicks ass. But what can kick even more ass?
I GOT IT!!!
He digs into his bag and pulls out a DVD. He opens the DVD output of the console, sticks the DVD in, and the award show gets preempted by...
Can we say awesome? Yes...yes we can.
But his moment as Producer ends has he gets drug out of the ruck kicking and screaming by Security, and the show goes back to normal. |

MG was late as usual but lucky MG made a pre recorded video just in case this happens. He arrives with all his entourage and of course TNN. DJT and XDog were dress in what they felt comfortable and that was a True Religion and Black label set. MG wears a suit but the tie is rugged and his dress shirt is open at the top and he smelled like weed. He grabs his award from the production lady and sits down in a seat reserved for him next to Bianca Dianaco and blows a kiss at her and TNN laughs.
What's pop'n B.Naco. Wanna hang with an award winner.

After seeing the video appears Romeo begins to laugh. He didn’t know what that was but it certainly made him laugh. It probably had something to do with Punch but who knows. The show continues on.

After the brief interruption in the programming, Finesse made his way to the stage. All smiles as he definitely wasn't expecting to leave the theater with hardware, He steps to the podium.
Wow.I wish I had somethin' prepared. I wish I could say it was easy to stay in the shape I'm in, but it's not. I'm in the gym 6 days a week. I must drop like 150 large to keep my hair tight. Bein' pretty ain't easy. But I ain't never been one to step out not lookin' correct, feel me? Wrestlin' is about a whole bunch of things, but Image is one of the most important. No one gives a damn about you if you ain't catchin' eyes & turnin' heads. And I'm just glad that I'm turnin' the heads of all of XWA's female fans.
He blows a kiss directed to all of the ladies in the building, which gets him hoops and hollers from about 90% of the females in attendance.
I do it fa' you, ladies. One love and I'm out.
With charming smile and a peace sign, Finesse takes his award and leaves the stage.

Two time Hotbody? Now, there's a shocker.  Amber smiled from ear to ear as all of the winners received their ovation. A few rows back Sonya stood up as well with an equally bright smile mixed with a twist of surprise. Amber applauded as she once again made her way out to the aisle, waiting for Sonya to meet her. Together the ladies walked back up the podium arm in arm, smiling and waving to the fans after they gave one another a congratulatory hug. Amber would take up her award and speak first. Before I talk about myself...let's hear it for this woman here, huh? I'll be the first person to tell you all that Sonya Robbins is as tough as she is gorgeous. It's kind of funny that a few months ago, this very woman I'm standing here with nearly kicked my head off defending the Pearl Title, and since then we've had two classic matches and now stand together all smiles.
If that's not sportsmanship, I don't know what is.They together get a standing ovation from the fans for that very fact. Now...Hotbody again. I can't be too cocky about it, because you know...it's just me being who I am. I love entertaining people, and I'm proud of this body of mine...I've just kind of been able to put it all together flawlessly for a long, long time I guess.
If there's one person that I have to thank for this, it would have to be Kiss Wilmington, wherever she is right now. You know, she really re-awakened that fire that I have for being a total tease. I had focused myself on competition for a while this year, but it was after her that I thought to myself "screw the conformity"! If every other woman in wrestling wanted to be the "serious" type, that's fine by me. Personally, I'd rather be a woman wrestling than a wrestling woman, if you get my drift.
So, here's to three years in a row everyone, and if Punch gets his name on an award, I want my name on this one too! |

Payne just laughs after hearing Sylk's speech. Who does Sylk think he is ? As Payne quietly comments to himself about Sylk.*Pfft* whatever. Big mouth can talk all he wants. Fact is, at XGames. I was the one who guaranteed victory and WON my match. Without the help of anyone.. not even those stinkin' fans !
For someone who says he's good at 'winning'. He sure as hell had a funny way of showing it at the PPV.  Payne, with his award firmly in his clutches. Sits back in his chair and watches the rest of the show unfold. |

After hearing MG’s voice, Romeo’s head turns to his direction.
Well look who decided to show up. It’s the loose screw himself. Ha ha. It also looks like ya’ got the posse with ya’. Man I ain’t dealin’ with any of your crap right now.
Romeo then returns his attention to the show awaiting the next award to be presented.

No matters what anyone said, this was a real surprise for Sonya winning this award. She wasn't anywhere near the sensual character of Amber Gianni, but she supposed that there must have been something about her that appealed to fans. Amber stepped away from the podium and now it was Sonya's turn to speak.
Wow. I...really don't know what to say. You like me! You all really like me! I don't know what it must have been that got me this...the hair maybe? The boots? The legs? They are pretty long and lean aren't they?
She looked down to them, sticking the one out that peeked from under the slit of her gown. That got a couple of howls from the fellas...
Maybe it's the way I hang off the ropes during my entrance like a red-haired batwoman? You never really think of those kinds of things as being sexy yourself, but if you all think that's the case, who am I to argue?
I think I've become a little more comfortable with who I am and where I stand in the XWA compared to the start of the year. Tonight really seals the deal for me. I hate to say something that sound cheesy, but you haven't seen anything yet!
I'd really like to thank this lady here for giving me some of the best matches ever in my career, and I want to thank Ms. Sarah Warfield for giving me the chance to show what I can do to you all. From the looks of it, you like what you see. Thank you!
And with that Sonya takes her second award of the evening, and the two leave the stage once again.
