Day 16: Minor setback today, as James sprained his left knee, after going through the hurdles.

Day 17: After recovering, James resumed the hurdles and was successful.

Day 18 (End of Week 4): James's knee is consistently improving; will starting training in the ring in the next 2 to 4 weeks, if recovery goes well.

Day 19 (Beginning Week 5): James's progress on rehabilitation is going through leaps and bounds. Tomorrow, he could walk on his own, without a cane.

Day 20: James is close to 80%; he's no longer needed a cane to walk.

Day 21: On his first day without a cane, James increased his lightweight training, as well as the number of laps.

Day 22: "Wild Thing" James Bowen is consistently progressing, so he can come back to the ring. While he was training on the weights, listening to "Youth Gone Wild" by Skid Row on his CD player, a doctor comes in the gym.
Doctor: James, looks like you're doing well. Keep it up and we'll clear you to train in the ring.
James: Awesome.
Doctor: And you got a visitor.
James: That's rare; send them in.

She enters the room with a smile on her face and something behind her back. Suddenly, Sonya flips out a bouquet of flowers as she steps inside.
