Addison was trying to fight the voices in her head as Sarah turned herself around, and began to focus something different. "Damn it Addison," she said to herself, "What's wrong with me? What's wrong with me? What's wrong with me?" She began to bang her head on the table repeatedly, trying to shut the voices in her head up. Just when was going to get help, the person who offered found the problem to be a bit too much. "What's wrong with me?" She stopped, allowing her head to rest on the table as she closed her eyes, and blacked out.

No less then a few seconds later, the one and only Heather Fierhart, fashonably late as usual enters, witha rather confuzzled look on her face...
Did anyone just notice...Uhm...
Nevermind...
She simply shakes her head and takes a seat.

OK, well as I had eluded to, there is going to be a lot more expected out of you girls this year. Anything that the guys can do I want to prove that we can do just as good or even better than! That means more than just the regular run-the-mill stuff. Now obviously there's enough heat in this room right now to get the ball rolling, but there are big things in the horizon.
As you all know or should know by now, the Pearl Title is now vacant due to a sever infraction of the rules by Sumya. That's the first big order of business, crowning a new champion. The first month of season is where and when I'm going to be deciding who gets to be in the battle royal at March Madness to determine the new champion. I'm going to have my eyes on each and every Diamond, that even means the newcomers like you Jamie, and the ones who make a strong start will be the ones who are selected...and just to inform you, by "strong start" I don't mean winning and losing, I mean setting the tone for what it is that the Diamond Division will deliver the whole year-the best wrestling in the world!

Ashley puts her eyes firmly on that of Bianca and Michelle as she speaks.
I know where MY focus is going to be. And I'm DEFINITELY looking forward to seeing you all in action. Some more "closely" the others.
She then looks to Heather.

Sounds just perfect to me Sarah!
A chance to become a champion within her very first month in the league? This was a dream too good to be true! In all actuality it wasn't a dream at all, more of a reward for hard work and dedication. Those weren't things that Jamie wasn't accustomed to anyway, so that made her all the more excited at this news.

Absolutely. I've got all the confidence in the world that the next Pearl Champion may be sitting in this room, but I can name two females who it WON'T be. Not if I have anything to say about it.

Oh you're damn right she's sitting in this room darling. You missed all that though so I won't hold it against you.  Why don't you just hand the title over to me now, Sarah. You know, skip the details? We all know that it's going to be me with that belt when it's all said and done, or do I have to swat a Spanish Fly first to prove my point?
Come to think of it that doesn't sound like a bad idea. If it's a strong start you want then that's what you'll get.

Bianca was all smiles after what both Heather and Ashley had to say.
I wouldn't DREAM of it. Let the rest of the sorority fight over the silly belt. My focus...no...OUR focus is pretty cut and dry.
Bianca rises from her seat.

She then focuses in on Heather and Ashley.
We'll see YOU two soon enough. Michelle, it's time to go.
She puts her shades back on and takes her leave of the conference room.

Michelle stands up, her eyes locked in on Ashley. She runs her thumb across her throat as an act of intent. There were no ropes, and not a ring in sight, but the battle lines had clearly been drawn. She follows Bianca out of the conference room.

Well now. That's two annoyances that have finally eased our pain by leaving. I guess that just leaves you now doesn't it Channelle? You're easily a bigger pain in the ass than anyone else I've seen so far though. You're not going to be winning that championship though. Oh no, you're going to be too busy healing from the beating I give you to make it to March Madness. If you make it then so will I. I'm going to see it to it that the only hardware you win is the only title you deserve: that "Shut Up Bitch" award.

Some heated words on the parts of both Jesse and Marisol leave a smirk on Channelle's face.
Such drive, such focus! See Sarah, I really do make things happen here now don't I? Center of attention? Main attraction? Oh I think I hit the nail right on the head darlings. We'll see just how far that drive & focus will take you come March though, now won't we?

Not really.
The main points were pretty much made, and the growing concern for Adisson's condition on Sarah's part was overwriting anything minor that had needed to be said aside from one final point.
Like I said before, I'm not hear to tell you how to do your jobs, I'm hear to make sure you do them as best as can be done. At this point I don't think that's going to be much of a problem. I suppose that this meeting is adjourned now...you're all free to go.
Maintenance crew people come in to start tidying up as the remaining Diamonds pick and set off on their ways until the season begins anew, and Sarah returns to the intercom to speak to the secretary.
Ms. Brooks? I'm going to need you to call for the medic team, OK? It's Addison Grey, I'm a bit worried about her.
"Yes Ms. Warfield."
