I've seen the man fight, I've met the man. I miss the man. When I found out, hurt real bad. When I saw that picture at the intro of WWE RAW, brought tears to my eyes.
Rest in peace Benoit.

RIP Chris. We'll miss ya.
CB was a wrestler who gave it more than 1000 percent every time he was in the ring, regardless of who he was facing, or what match it was, or anything. He was always one of my personal favorites and possibly one the best technical wrestler. he will be missed so much.
i was coming home from the store, and I turned on my TV, and there was a banner that read "In Loving Memory-Chris Benoit 1967-2007" i was torn up inside badly. We love and miss ya Chris

I'm so confused right now. How in the hell could all three of them die? In their own home? Could it have been murder, or what?
It just doesn't seem possible that he's gone.

Chris benoit was the reason I had even paid attention to WCW. Seeing his wars with the Taskmaster, he was one of those who you knew if given the chance could be one of the greatest in the world. When you talk of the best to ever lace them up pound for pound, Chris Benoit as well as his two most noted friends, Eddie Guerrero and Dean Malenko have to be in that conversation.
These men were warriors. These men were champions, and not the kind that is defined by a title belt, but true CHAMPIONS. They each only held the WWE's Respective "top" titles once in their careers, but that was all enough to solidify them as true legends of the ring.
I think back to words that the late Eddie Guerrero once said that very thing in an interview: "Sometimes a belt is given to a wrestler to make the championship, sometimes it's given for title to make the wrestler."
In both of these men's cases, the World and WWE Titles probably have never had as much prestige to them as when they were in the hands of these two men, men who have seen the highs and lows of the business. Men who persevered through adversities both physical, mental and emotional. Men who for the better part of 20 some odd years, gave themselves and their lives to millions of screaming fans. We cheered for them, we booed at them, but we always admired them. We always respected them. The industry has lost a great man today, men as great as Chris Benoit are hard to find, and harder to replace.

I find myself refreshing Wikipedia every 15 minutes to see if they have what happened. Same with me ... Wiki said it was a homicide.

Well. It has been confirmed that they weren't shot. But still no confirmation on what killed them.

I'm so happy Vince put aside storylines to show his respect for Chris... It's a good thing to know Vince would do that...

I am utterly shocked to hear about the news. I'm speechless right now as I just found out from my step-dad. I literally shot up from my computer when he told me. I just don't know what to say right now....

Chris Benoit was and will always be one of my favorite technical wrestlers, one of the few things that helps me is that Chris and Eddie are putting on a wrestling clinic right now......
I was thinkin bout another way to show our appreciation for Chris besides words, I'm gonna do it regardless A Tribute Caw....not a direct copy but a caw inspired by the man
