The room was dim, there were cheap colored lights flashing as the person on stage was belting out their third off key song. Their really off key song.
Alicein sat there wondering why her friends dragged her here. She hated to sing and she felt like throwing something at the person on stage that couldn't carry a tune in a bucket, and they were destroying her favorite Nickleback song.
She sat there sipping her beer as a couple of drunk girls got up and decided to sing of all things the alphabet song.
