The "Tribute To The Troops" show now a memory, and there were some lasting ones left for the men & women of Fort Bragg, as also there were for the XWA Superstars in meeting and treating them to this show.

In might have been an "exhibition" on paper, but the competition was as fierce as could be imagined, especially in the encounter Syrus was a part of. Sharing the ring with another former World Champ, the current Pure Champ and an up and comer who had some buzz going for him stemming back to XG4, things could have gone a number of ways. Luckily, it went Syrus' tonight. That was a good thing.

What was even better though was that he wasn't the only person who had reason to be a little proud of themselves. His beau, Sonya Robbins, fresh off a loss in a huge match against Jamie Fury at XG4 had an excellent showing herself, picking up a win. That's who he was waiting for now by his rental car now.

Syrus is leaning against the trunk with a phone in hand. Who he's calling? Who knows...but he sees Sonya approaching not too far of in the distance and waves to make sure he sees her. Of course, how could you miss a man with an afro of his size?

Sonya pulls along her travel tote suitcase behind her as she makes her way across the lot to her awaiting boyfriend. She's all smiles. The context of the match meant little in the grand scheme of things, but it was still great to have won.

She was in a red turtleneck sweater that was almost screaming (or cheering if you will) from being stretched by her "ampleness" up top. She wore a match red belt over it, accentuating her waistline, with some blue jeans and red heels. Her hair was strewn into the wind as it breezed by softly. Sonya reaches Syrus' rental and leans forward and up to greet him with a kiss.

Don't know about you, but I'm feeling really good right now.

The real reason to feel good was getting one on the kisser like he just got from the lady. That brought out the pearly whites quickly. Syrus made sure to get his hands around that shapely waist of her and pull her in while that all happened.

Afterward, he says...

Yeah, me too baby. But let's not get too far ahead of ourselves. This one don't count, but there's gonna be plenty comin' up that do. If anything, it shows that we're ready.

Lemme get those...

Being the consummate gentleman that he is, Syrus took Sonya's bag and put it in the trunk of the car. As he goes to open the passenger side door for his lady, he asks...

So, where to? What do we got planned for the rest of the offseason?

Graciously, Sonya sways herself over to that side of the car, making to to run her index finger along Syrus' cheek. She pressed her body against his, just like he did moments before.

And gives him another peck on the cheek. As Syrus settled himself into the driver's seat, she answers his question with a vivid idea.

You know what? We've been doing a lot of training, and I hardly saw you last season hun. I figured maybe we might use February to make up for lost time, if you know what I mean.

Yes, Sonya was being particularly affectionate right now. With this hunk of fine Black beauty next to her, how could she resist? Maybe it was the rush of adrenaline still flowing through her, but one way or another, the "pitbull" was in heat.
