As far as I see, you're doing fine. It helps to be working with a target as easy to shoot back at as Mr. Smith here though, but I think you've been working pretty well what with the stuff I've seen so far from you.

Thanks. This is my second time RP'ing, so I'm surprised to be doing this good this early. Especially seeing as my other character is a face. But then again, Kenji says the stuff I would say in that situation, probably helps.

Heels are not as easy to play as everyone may think. It's much harder to make a heel in-depth instead of a run of the mill I hate you I'm better I'll win you suck kind of character. Trust me, I know lol But you do seem to be off to a alright start. You have a large source of psychological trauma in the guise of a horrifyingly disturbingly evil event. This is always a good thing for a heel to have. And it doesn't hurt that one of the people running it with you in Seven is a veteran as well. You should be on the right path. [Plus, Agent Smith just beeeeegs to be taken down a peg, totally easy target. Attack the legs attack.]

Yea, I saw 187 talk about his brother being killed once, and when he was in the bar I asked if we could make our characters backstory connect, and we ran with it. It really is hard work playing a heel, just wonder if Kenji can back it up lol.

Agreed with Lilith. Smith will have his moments of contemplative recollection, drunken stupors and other "smh" moments as well, but that's me getting ahead of myself there. Mines is more a character type being acted out, as opposed to putting myself into a character, so it gives a certain amount of slack for me to cut with him. He doesn't need to be too deep, but he will be enough to be an entertaining character. You're more on the other end, where you have to develop your character from the inside out. That goes just as much into who you're working with as it does how you work. You've got to have people who will "sell" your heel. Like with you and I, even though we're both heels, I'm a bigger heel in the end because of the gimmick/personality (seeing as everyone hates politicians), but I still sell your character as to make you still be considered "bad". It goes the same way as of you were working with a good guy though. You've got to sell them, they've got to sell you. I don't think I've ever seen bad roleplayers in terms of just being "bad" in the sense of no skill or anything like that. Bad RPing stems more from the attitude of the roleplayers themselves. Some folks just have chips on their shoulders. They don't do anything to push along story or character development for others, they just want to look good. Those are the bad roleplayers in my opinion. EDIT: @ Lilith- And yes, that's what makes Smith such an appealing character to work with (or against). Because everyone can love to hate him.

One suggestion I have with a character like Kenji, since it's characters like these I specialize in, (187, Jayceon Williams, Young Felony, and countless other CAWs or supporting cast characters I've done in my 6 years of RPing.), be smart and don't go overboard with the characters. Certain things like pulling out a gun in a public place is a classic example. It doesn't make sense to pull out a weapon in a public place and there not be some repercussions. Unless you plan on having Kenji arrested or something that realistic like that, I'd suggest not doing stuff like that. It's really just a matter of using some common sense. If you're going to do something over-the-top in a RP, do it smartly and make it make some sense. It's a problem for character of the criminal persuasion to be tempted to just go all out everytime you see them and you have to think about the situation in a realistic sense. It really makes your character that much better to see them use their head. Or suffer some actual consequences for their actions. lol 187's sat in a jail cell for one too many nights for bar brawls where he actually stayed around when the police showed up.

Yogurt dipped pretzels FTW. Yes, Seven has a point. Going to far when not needed can be bad, bad thing. And for my two cents, limit the amount of interaction or character number of your own creations. Katana and Half are rivals, this is fine. They have a certain amount of interaction, this is fine. Just try not to create 14 other CAWs that are in someway shape or form related be it by blood or rivalry love interest what have you to the two existing you have now. Seven himself has gotten into this problem when Kenisha and Seven the character ended up having too much of a link in the same fed.
It's not that it always ends badly. It just... well really, how much fun can you have if you RP with only your own characters? lol But you don't seem to have that issue at the moment. Which is good, just figured I should give you a little heads up is all. And Agent Smith.
I has plans for you. I am plotting. Be ready.
/Plots whilst eating Yogurt Dipped Pretzels - Seriously they're fuckin' nummy. Yes. I said nummy./

You are correct. Kenisha and 187, or the aptly named... Guns 'N' Roses. I kid, I kid. But yeah, like Lilith said, too deep of a connection, or too many connections can be an issue. It can lead to RPing with yourself. Which is fine once in awhile, but it can be a little dull and boring and bad for RPing. With 187 and Kenisha, I've made their connection so deep to a point that it'd actually be a little unrealistic or out-of-character for them to actually break up without good reason. *opens up the big, fun history book of Murda* As the story goes... 187 and Kenisha were childhood friends. Kenisha, being Jayceon Williams' sister (who is also one of 187's criminal associates, another dot to connect), knew 187 from their younger high school years. They grew close. 187 was Black Sheep'd from his family because of his criminal lifestyle and his brother's death bringing this big shocker to light to his family. And in some strange way, 187 kind of adopted Jay and Kenisha as his new brother and sister. They're that close. Eventually, Kenisha falls for 187, but he only sees he as a sister... Blah-di-blah-di-blah... A kid is born like a couple of years ago through the e-fed magic... And I find myself never wanting to put them in the same e-fed. And I'm trying to find 187 a new love interest (with the evil split persona Murda's urging), to sort of have some interesting and fun out-of-ring storylines. With 187 being an emotional cripple and all the personal issues and mental anguish, I just think it'd lead to some more interesting stuff if I wasn't on the other end trying to work through 187's problems. He has his sights on Lilith, but we'll see how that plays out. Anyways... Sorry for the little thread hi-jack there, but yeah. Too deep of a connection can be a bad thing. It leads to the character being too reliant on the other and may make it difficult to think of the two separately or stand on their own two feet.

And it's always important to have characters with two feet, because...you know...one footed wrestlers don't last long. Just look at Zack Gowin. OH YES HE DID.It's good to communicate as well. For example, I'll be communicating with both you and 187 pending the result of this match as to what to do next going into the season (possibly sooner as a new development is brewing. The wheels, they turn already...) And to Ms. Creighton...I await patiently.

Yea, those are the only two that I will use their history in an e-fed, because it's so violent and destructive and begs to be talked about. Lilith I cant wait @seven Yea, it's gonna be an end to the HD - Katana direct contact soon, but they're still gonna talk about each other. @smith ZACK GOWEN FOR WWE CHAIRMAN lol.
