After leaving the bar where he encountered his longtime nemesis, 187, Kenji had to see Carmella. He needed some Legal bullshit cleared out, and he needed it fast. Walking into the building, he passes the secretary who says
Excuse me sir do you have an appoint-
Fuck you, I'm busy.
When he gets to Carmella's door he bangs on it very loudly and yells...
CARMELLA! It's Kenjiha!

Inside of her office, working on the things that a BUSY President of a million dollar company would do, suddenly a familiar voice bursts out from behind her door. Seems as if he's completely forgot that in a corporate setting, you don't call out people like their across the street or down the block.
She waits not for him to come in, instead getting up from her work to meet the man from Compton at her door.
First off, it's Ms. Blackheart to you. Don't take for granted my our "good natured" conversation the last time, Katana. We're not friends, so don't address your BOSS like one.
Now, what can I do for you?

My bad, BOSS. It was just me being in a hurry. Now, onto the real business.
I met a guy last night. A guy named Adrian Taylor. You may have heard of him as Tha Infamous 187. Now, I know he works for PWN and all but is there a way to say fuck all the Legal Bullshit & get him here, just for one night. If you must know our history, I'll give you the brief rundown. Our brothers dead because of each other. My cousin dead because of him. A russian roulette game in an empty pier at 2 in the morning with 10 revolversa & one bullet. I saved his life that day. Shouldn't have. But I digress...
He sits and waits for Carmella's response.

It didn't sound too surprising to hear the name of yet another person from another company, past or present.
The Infamous 187, hmm?
Yes, it was a name who she was familiar with. One of many from the "old New York" who had made appearances in other places, but surprisingly not in the XWA. Not yet anyway. There was apparently some history between him and Kenji that actually was surprising.
The more she thought of it though, the less an actual surprise it was considering where Katana was from. The same gang-controlled areas of Los Angeles that 187 was billed from. Bad "blood" was to be expected.
Let me get this straight. You want me to allow you to wrestle him because of some gang-related kind of history the two of you have? In an XWA ring no less?
It was an interesting idea, from a business standpoint in that crafty mind of Carmella's. Taylor was a talented competitor despite his previous (or current for that matter) occupations and associations. Letting them settle their differences in her "arena" might prove interesting. Or it might prove bloody violent.
What's business without taking a risk? If it's a match you want, it's one you'll get. I'm sure you've heard by now we're holding a preseason event for the the soldiers at Fort Bragg, right? That will be where you two will face each other.
The way she saw it, that's probably a good thing. In a controlled environment where there are personnel who're already armed to the teeth, she wouldn't have to worry about either of them or possible "friends" taking this match-up to extremes, if you know what I mean. Guns are bad after all.
Plus, after it's all done, she could add more real talent to the XWA's roster. It was a win-win situation, assuming they didn't kill each other.
Does that sound to your liking?

Yes, If figure If I can kick his ass a couple times I can make him feel like my brother did.... when he died. I believe his exact words where he "Blew that cute little dragon tattoo off his face"? Well, I'm gonna kick that cute little glass eye out of his face.
Kenji shows an evil smile, that shows a hint of happiness.
That's why I like you Carmel- Ms. Blackheart... You're smart enough to realize what's good for business, and this time it helps me.
