The following takes place before the Main Event of OTS, and with permission.
As anticipation of the OTS Finals mounts and the two veterans King and A.Cee Infamous prepare backstage for what was sure to be a classic, there were other more sinister forces at work. Dan Ripley had vested a lot into being the man to win OTS 2010, but those hopes were dashed by way of defeat at the hands of the Anti-American MG, his 2nd consecutive loss to him in recent weeks. Not only did this not sit well with Ripley, it angered him. To the point where logic and rational were thrown out of the window. Ripley spots of all people, MG doing an interview for the website, no doubt pining on about his win over Ripley. A rush of unbridled, white hot rage comes over Ripley, and without whim or warning, he charges at MG with reckless disregard. Knocking the internet interviewer over in the process, Ripley tackles MG with a crushing thud, then rains down merciless shots. Disoriented but still able to defend himself, MG covers up, his arms absorbing most of the blows. Ripley then rises to his feet and delivers a series of stomps to MG's torso. At this point, XWA Officials rush to the seen to try and stop him, but Ripley was almost incensed with vengeance.
As an official grabs hold of him from behind, Ripley shakes him off with ease. As he does, it catches eyes of the camera that had been recording the interview. Snatching it off of it's tripod, Ripley bares down and drives the camera into the chest of MG, seemingly knocking the wind out of him. The camera is wrestled from his grasp, and officials manage to get control of the situation, but not before the damage was done. The assault wasn't heinous enough to injure MG, but it did serve as a message. As officials shuffle Ripley away, a wry smile affixes across his face. OTS would then return to ringside.
