Totally random question:
What the hell is Steam? (Shows how much I actually use my computer, right?)

I'm pretty new to it myself. ^_^; But it seems to be "the" site for PC gaming and seems that most games support it. My copy of New Vegas requested that I get/install Steam for it to work. So, I did so. They also sell games and have daily specials from what I've seen. I've bought Audiosurf and Knights of the Old Republic for $2.50 in recent days.

It's a program created by Valve that allows you to buy PC games. It has online multiplayer servers, a social network part as well. I used to have it on my old laptop.

Think of Steam as an online library collection for your PC gaming needs. The one downfall is, if your connection happens to cut, then you won't be able to play the majority, if not most to all of your games. That being said, Steam has A LOT of GOOD sales, so you can definitely pick up some great games and great prices.

Kotor is godly good .
