It was a dark and cloudy day in New York, New York. There was a man in a black suit, hair all over the place, he pushes open a revolving door, walking through it and making his way to XWA Headquarters. The mysterious man nods to the receptionist, as he hands her the papers, and mutters don't waste my time and get straight to it. The receptionist looks at the papers, before pointing through a door on the left, writing Top Floor, Room 1, and handing it back. The mysterious man stares at it, before looking up with a sinister grin on his face, he makes his way toward the door. The man makes his way through the door, and into the elevator directly in front of him. The mysterious man presses the button for the corresponding floor. He wait for the elevator to reach its destination, before pressing the top button to reach the top floor. He looks forward, and sees a very unique door directly in front of him. He walks forward and knocks. Carmella Blackheart you better be here or else. The man steps back and waits for Carmella to make her presence.

It's been a while since Carmella was in her office. Now that she had herself a new GM on TakeDown though, it was time to relax and see what it was that Chris Lionheart could do. After some well needed R&R though, she was back in New York once more.
As expected, one of the new signees for this season had made his arrival, as told to her by the receptionist.
"Ms. Blackheart, your 7:30 is here...and he's a little "moody".
Oh really? I can't say I'm surprised at that. Send him up...
She shakes her head, wondering what kind of "superiority complex" this newcomer was going to have, and she says to herself...
Why doesn't anyone who's actually "happy" ever come knocking?
Just as the thought crossed, a rap on her chamber door came.
Mr...(Looking down at her appointment book) Mitchell...come in.

The man looks up with a slight smirk on his face, as he looks at Carmella and makes his way into her office. He takes a seat and begins to speak. Carmella Blackheart, let me introduce myself too you, my name is Dane Mitchell. Now your wondering why I am here don't you? I'll get straight to the point I'm here cause TakeDown is lacking Superstars, and as you can see I have it all. I can be a very evil man, and I will make an impact. You see I've been watching two Men here in XWA that I already consider allies, but you'll find that out soon. Now let's get this contract sorted. Dane keeps his eyes on Carmella as he waits for a reply.

An impact, hmmm?
Leaning off to the side of her chair, Carmella rests her head on her hand.
Do you know how many times I've heard that little song and dance over and over and over again, Mr. Mitchell? Let's make one thing perfectly clear here...I could care less what you say you're going to do, because I've seen hundreds of young up-and-comers just like you walk through that door and say the exact same thing...
Her free hand waves to the air.
...and I can count how many of them who've succeeded with one hand. If we're going to do business Mr. Mitchell, then you're going to have to sell yourself a little better. Tell me something other than what I've heard before from a Robby Sylk or a Scott O'Dell. What makes you different from them, or any other "evil men" out there. I'm not in the business of hiring carbon copies.

I knew you would say something like that. You see I may do the same things everyone does, but I can do it in a lot of different ways. Dane just shakes his head at Carmella. Do I care how many have succeeded? No I don't. Now you say what makes me different? Well I'll get straight to the point I'm not here to just make a name for myself like Robby Sylk and Scott O'Dell have. I don't care one bit about the XWA World Championship either. I'm here to make TakeDown better. You really think I would be a carbon copy of those two? I don't think so.

So, you're going to make TakeDown better? You're confident that you can pull that off, huh?
She folds her hands together.
That is a tall order for someone who I personally have never seen in action before. You just might be a rising star, or you might just be another faded memory...just like that.
Here's some advice from me to you though, Mr. Mitchell. Whatever it is your intentions are in the XWA, I suggest your first priority be to make yourself a relevant personality in the locker room. That's not going to happen if you walk into the door, with little to no experience, and think that you're going to be the man to "change" things all by yourself. You might as well be aspiring for the World Championship then, because as lofty as goal as being the champion is, being one who defines an entire show is even harder a goal to reach.
I don't sell pipe dreams to anyone. My XWA is the toughest place in this business to make it in, and that's just how I like it, because it means that every man and women on the roster is one of two things...the best in this business, or working their asses off non-stop in front of those fans to be the best in this business. What you say is one thing, but what you do is going to tell me really quickly whether you're for real or not.

Well how about this Carmella, you put me in a match against who ever and I'll get down to business after I win. Dane couldn't think of anything else to say to Carmella as she was a hard one to get through. *Still trying to work on this character. *
