"The Cross" by Nas hits the PA, signaling the arrival of the reigning XWA Tag Team champions, The Burns Brothers. The step out from backstage triumphantly holding the titles over their heads as the fans boo the brash, cocky brothers. They make their way to the ring soon after.

Tony: As mush as I can't stand these two, I have to admit. They may just be the best Tag Team we've seen in decades. Last week in a gutsy move, they put the XWA Tag Team titles on the line against two more guys who aren't winning any popularity contests, The Blue Bloods. And needless to say, they "Blue" them out of the water.

Travis: Regal Savage and Ashitan Aries are capable, accomplished wrestlers. World class athletes who have been trained in the best wrestling academies the world has ever seen. Aries is the son of wrestling legend Justice Aries for crying out loud. And last week in that ring, Matt and Ray Burns made them look like amateurs. They didn't even look like the belonged in the same ring. Tony, I do believe we are looking without a doubt, at the greatest Tag Team in the world.

The brothers now stood in the ring. Both were in possession of mics.

I do believe Ashitan Aries said last week that the 1st time we beat him and his Pillow Pal Savage's asses, we got lucky. If my ears weren't failin' me, I believe he also said that we were handing them the Tag Team Titles on a silver platter. Turns out, the only thing they found on that silver platter was a family sized can of ass whoopin'. Not only did we beat those to jackoffs, we beat them like we did the 1st time. Decisively. I mean, there wasn't even a moment when we were in any threat of losing. From bell to bell, me and Matt dictated and dominated. I hope you two enjoyed your moment in our spotlight. Because so long as we're Tag Team champs, you won't be. You might be good, fellas. But we're better. And we always will be. Send us a postcard and tell us how the bottom of the barrel is this time of year.

Ray chuckles to himself some as Matt adds.

In the pantheon of Tag Team legends, there are many great pairs. Hawk & Animal. Bret & Jim. D-Von & Bubba Ray. Shawn & Marty. Matt & Jeff. We Fly High by Jim Jones plays, and the dome almost pops off of the Saddledome as the always popular duo of Big G and Hoodlum make their long awaited 2010 debuts.

Travis: MOBSTAZ YA' HEARD!!! I've been waitin' all year to say that.

Tony: I'm happy for you. No, really...I am.

The boys had come out to the stage with mics of their own, ready to drop some science on their long time rivals.

YIIIIIIIIIIIOOOOOOOOW CALGARY, How's ya' HOOOOOOOLLLLAAAA!

The crowd responds with a "holla" chant.

Yo yo yo yo yo yo yo...check it. Ya' boys G and Hoody had themselves a lil' legal issues. Nothin' serious, just needed to renegotiate our deals and what not. But it's all done, and all good. Mobstaz back in the buildin', and not a moment to soon. Our 1st night back, and what do we hear? The familiar sound of Ray and Matt, out here sellin' Woof Tickets like Jersey City boys always do.

We gotta give it to you. Ya'll been puttin' it down early. But this talk 'bout ya'll bein' the best team of all time?

G and Hoody look at each other, then back at The Burns Brothers and say...

It ain't happ'n cap'n. We done took them belts off you chumps before, and I figa' we may as well do it again just ta' bring you boys off the lil' cloud you been flyin' on the last couple'a months.

Ya'll put the titles up against The Blue Bloods last week. How 'bout ya'll knuckle up and put 'em up for grabs against us tonight then?

The crowd roars in approval of the idea. G & Hoody wait for the response.

Needless to say, Ray and Matt weren't the least bit please to see The Mobstaz back in XWA. Matt rolls his eyes while Ray responds.

Whoooooooooooooooooooooooa. Hold the damn phone here. You two role up back here in XWA, come out here and interrupt our TV time and have the nerve to challenge us for OUR titles your 1st night back? You've been smokin' that purple stuff with Punch, haven't you? At least those losers The Blue Bloods have actually showed up. I don't give a rats ass if you two were reworking your deal with XWA. You're not the ones who say when these belts are on the line. We are. But I'll tell you what. Matt and I would be glad to welcome you two chumps back to XWA with a notch in the "L" column. When you two took these titles off of us, you needed Tables, Ladders and Chairs to do it. In regular matches, we've mopped the floor with you bozos. A fact we'd be more then happy to remind you of tonight.

They wait yet again for the response.

The brothers turn and look at each other, contemplating the challenge just made. Matt raises his mic to speak soon after.

Ya'know what? If you two cakesters can beat us tonight, you deserve a shot at the titles. But when we essentially do what we do best, beat your assess, you two aren't just going to the bottom of the barrel, you're goin' under it.

They both stand with grins on their faces as they await the final reply of their rivals.

Their entrance theme cues up once again, and the "dastardly duo" fist pound each other.

Tony: The rivalry renewed. When these four men lock it up, you know you're gonna see some fireworks.

Travis: The stakes couldn't be any simpler. A Mobstaz win nets them a Tag Team title shot at Ring Rage. A Mobstaz loss means The Blue Bloods have a better chance at getting another title shot then they do.

Tony: Tag Team action as only XWA can deliver. Right now, let's send it backstage to Joe Beakman.
