Lucy Black here, and I'm joined by former XWA Sapphire champions, Ina Morifuji and Bull Nagano.

Ina & Bull enter the interview area, Ina taking the front while Bull assumes her usual crossed armed, stoic stance.

The two of you looked impressive last week in your win against Chloe Lockheart and Sayuri Irabu. What was the plan going into the match?

Plan? Surely you jest. Nagano-San and I have a history of wins against those two under achievers. Need I remind you of Sayuri's failed attempts to take the Sapphire Titles away from us alongside of that butch Sara Beck? Now it would appear Sayuri's sided with a different kind of tomboy. But the results where the same none the less. Neither Sayuri or Chloe have ever managed to step out of the shadow of their "friend" Ashley Diamond, and with good reason. They're just not good enough. Be it apart or united. Victory for us was a sure thing.

Well, speaking of victory. What's your stance on the subject of Helena Troy. Or even more importantly, are the two of you still affiliated with The Black Diamonds as well?

Helena Troy is a fool. You never bite hand that feeds you, or incur the wrath of those who are stronger then you. She didn't just insult Bianca-San with her words weeks ago, she insulted us as well. To answer your question, yes...we are very much still Black Diamonds. And believe me when I say that if Bianca-San for some odd reason does not get retribution and take the Pearl Title tonight, one of us will down the road. Helena will rue the day she betrayed us.

Well, I'd been instructed by the producers before we started to let the two of you know that you'll be competing tonight in a return match from last week. But it'll be a Tornado Tag match this time against Sayuri and Chloe.

*HMMMPH* You speak as if that gives us even a hint of concern. Nagano-San and I are more then prepared to make examples of those two once again. For once we do, we intend on taking aim on far more worthy prey.

Ina's train of thought is broken as she, Bull and Lucy take notice of the fact that they were soon about to be joined.

[chloe]

Chloe Lockheart and Sayuri Irabu join the interview. Tension quickly begins to mount as Chloe speaks up first.

You've got some nerve comin' outta yer face about how you two knew you were gonna run us over. And even more nerve talkin' about how me and Sayuri have never been able to step out from Ashley's shadow. I'd expect a glory whore like you to say something like that. You wanna talk about bein' in someone's shadow, Ina? Let's talk about you and the big gal standin' behind you. Bull Nagano's been one of, if not the most prolific, dominant Diamond in XWA for three years running. She's the one gal out of all of us that everyone thinks twice about going up against. More then deserving of that HBIC award she won last year. But what about you, Ina? What have you done? I'll tell ya' what. Not a damn thing. Sayuri and I might not have the stellar careers we should have compared to say, Ashley, Amber or Bianca. But at least we can say we didn't need a 200lbs beast of a woman backin' us to get where we are now.

Chloe smirks, the adds...

In fact, I'd go as far to say that without Bull on your side, you'd fall flat on your face. No...I KNOW you'd fall flat on your face. You've been hangin' on her coat tails since the moment you both got here, and it's a damn shame she doesn't speak English, cuz I'd tell her it's high time for her to shed about 120lbs of dead weight.

[sayuri]

Sayuri steps up and adds to Chloe's statement.

As I recalled, when Sara Beck and I where challenging you two for the Sapphire Titles, you and I had two singles matches during that span. Bull managed to best Sara twice, and I managed to do the same against you, Ina. If I remember correctly, a bulk of your wins period in XWA have come as result of Bull there getting the pin. You couldn't stand on your own two feet if you tried, Ina. And we plan on proving it. We're scheduled to wrestle in Tornado Tag match tonight. Let's see if you're the one who manages to get the pin for your team. As a matter of fact, let's make it even more interesting. If Chloe and I win tonight, you have to wrestle both of us, one on one, at the next Overload. As in one on one, on the same show.

Lucy: Sounds like one hell of a challenge there, Sayuri.

Think of it as a way to show the world what we already know. That Ina Morifuji can't fight her own battles even if her life depended on it.

They wait for Ina's reaction.

Ina scowls at the words of both women. Bull remains stoic, though her gaze was fixated on Chloe and Sayuri with narrowed eyes. Ina responds to the challenge.

The two of you barely made us sweat last time, and you have the nerve to stand here making challenges? HAAAAAAAAAA!!! I am every bit as capable alone as I am teamed with Nagano-San. Consider your stipulation accepted.

She grins evilly.

But there's no way I'm not adding my own as well. Not if, but WHEN the two of you lose to us tonight, at the next Overload...the one of you who is pinned tonight, has to face both of us...in a handicap match. Sound like fair enough terms, ladies?

[sayuri]

Without even a seconds hesitation, Sayuri answers.

Bet your sweet ass those are good enough terms for us. It's gonna make shutting you up that much more sweeter.

[chloe]

Chloe sums it up with her final response.

May the best team win then. And don't worry, we will.

A confident nod follows. Chloe and Sayuri leave the interview area to prepare for the contest.

As their rivals leave the scene, Ina & Bull confer with each other, speaking their native Japanese. They begin to leave the area as well, and Lucy closes out the interview.

There you have it. Ina & Bull versus Chloe & Sayuri. If Chloe & Sayuri win, Ina must wrestle them both one on one at the next Overload. If Ina & Bull win, the woman they pin has to face them in a handicap match. The rivalry continues later tonight, but right now...back to Tony & Travis at ringside.
