Time to shine (Bianca)

Vendetta rolls along, and the inevitable arrival of the Pearl Champion was upon us. As her theme fills the arena, Helena steps out from backstage with the title draped over her shoulder. A surly grin crosses her lips as she makes her way down to ring side.

Tony: Here comes our Pearl Champion, Helena Troy. A woman who's got a lot to smile about under the circumstances.

Travis: From her controversial departure from The Black Diamonds, to bringing to XWA one of the most impressive female athletes I've personally seen in some time, Megan Gold...Helena's been riding momentum unlike any Diamond in XWA since winning coveted Pearl Title last October. But tonight, she's got her toughest test as champion to date. Her former "boss" if you will, Bianca Dianaco.

Helena enters the ring. Beckoning for a mic, she addresses the arena, as well as her challenger for the night.

It's hard being me. It truly is. When you come from a family of winners, it's hard to stand out from the pack. My brothers are wrestling legends. Counted among the greatest the sport has to offer. And my little sister is regarded the best female wrestler on the planet. A title even I myself can't deny. In many ways, I'm actually the middle child of the Troy family. But in no way am I a middle child by definition. No no nooooooo...my legacy in this business speaks for itself. I'm easily the 2nd most decorated female in this company behind my old "friend" Alundra Jade. I've held more titles and accolades in this industry then many of my fellow Diamonds will hold their entire careers. Which makes my possession of this Pearl Title that more meaningful to me.

The Pearl title is now the 6th championship I've held in my career. 6th. And I plan on making my reign as champion every bit as prolific as my last reign, when I was PTW Lady Of Wrestling champion. A title I held on to for almost nine months. XWA is about to see an era of dominance in the Diamond Division it's never experienced. The time has come for "The Alpha Female" to take off the kid gloves, and show all of the little girls backstage that taking this belt off of me is something none of them will ever be capable of. You're about to bare witness to the true capability of Helena Troy. In all of it's horror. And Bianca, you get to be the next on the list.

Helena grins evilly.

Don't think I took your generosity lightly, Bianca. You helped me so much when I 1st came here. You showed me the ins and outs of how the Diamond Division runs. But in doing so, you made the biggest mistake possible. You showed me your best hand. And I saw that your best hand wasn't half as good as mines. Here it was you'd finally gained the Diamond title, and after two defenses you lose it to that She-Hulk casting call waiting to happen Jamie Fury. A female I know myself I could beat with my arm tied behind my back. That coupled in Ina & Bull losing the Sapphire titles to my sister Ashley and Heather Fierhart lead me to one conclusion. My days as a Black Diamond where over. Which is why I stand here tonight. And why I brought Megan Gold into XWA. It's all part of something bigger then any of you can imagine. Something that's going to turn the Diamond Division on it's ear. But...that's getting ahead of myself some. The 1st order of business is showing you Bianca, one on one, that I have...and always will be...better then you.

Helena's attention turns to the stage, as Bianca's theme begins to play.

From backstage comes "The Ice Queen".

Travis: I've had more then enough experience with women to know when one has that look in her eye, baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad things usually follow.

Tony: I couldn't agree more. That there is a woman on the war path. And her target is standing in the center of the ring.

Bianca climbs the ring steps and enters the ring. She calls for a mic and responds.

I was going to come out here and respond to your interesting little commentary on what you plan on showing the rest of us "little girls" backstage. But then a better idea came to mind. Allow me to share, sunshine.

Bianca flips the mic upside down in her hand, and thunks it upside the forehead of Helena. The thump it makes resonates throughout the whole arena. She then drops the mic and mounts the fallen Pearl Champion, raining down shots that were as "unladylike" as you could imagine.

Tony: She's all over her like white on rice!!! I've never seen this kind of aggression from Bianca!!!

Travis: That's not aggression, that's frustration. Bianca knows she's been surpassed as the queen of mean in XWA. Now she's just trying to get free shots on the champion before their match!

Officials soon pour out from backstage to break up the melee that has ensued. Refs succeed in pulling Bianca off of Helena and separating the two women.

As they're separated, a livid Helena seizes the chance to break free of the officials. She charges across the ring with an ear piercing shreek diving over a few refs to claw at Bianca. They exchange a few more "pleasantries" before they're again separated. Now with a sea of officials between them, Helena grabs the Pearl title from the ground and takes her leave of the ring. As she backs up the ramp, she trains her attention on Bianca and raises the title high over her head. She points back to the ring with her free hand, and can be heard on the mic of the camera saying:

You'll never be as good as me! Ever!!! This is as close as you're ever going to get to being champion again, bitch!

With contempt in her eyes, Bianca watches as Helena beats a strategic withdrawal.

Tony: Even though there will be a winner between them tonight, this is far from over, and far from just being about the Pearl Title. At least in the eyes of Bianca.

Travis: That's what's wrong with her. To Helena, it's all business. Bianca's the one who's taking this personally.

Tony: If I took someone under my wing just to have them turn their back on me because I hit a slump, I'd take it personally too. This one isn't going to end well, I can assure you on that. Let's send it backstage to Joe Beakman.
