Indeed. I think my disappointment with the series has reached an all time high. Especially now that I'm learning some of the fundamentals of game design and things that you can and can't do, and stuff like that, plus with constantly slipping away free time? I just can't put up with it anymore. I'm much happier getting my ass kicked in Super Street Fighter 4. Hope no one from 360 land was eventually hoping that I make a formula or two... since I never even finished Dayna Mariano and think I have only 7 of my own CAWs that I even made.

I'm gonna come down on the side of Yukes on this one. They have on average 8 - 10 months per game to scan, create, and capture V.O. for every superstar in the game. That's enough work in it self. Then there's menu design, move design, Alpha and Beta testing, ring design, crowd design, and making mini changes to the engine which is the hardest part of the entire process. Honestly I wish they would take more then 1 year between games and make more improvements but WWE wants a yearly release schedule for the series. If I'm on and you ever wanna play SSF4 just hit me with an invite

Sorry man. If I ever get time, I may try to rent and do some up, but yeah. =/
And I understand about the 8 months deal... but it's obvious they aren't the Madden-like producers that Tiburon are where it seems that they have bigger updates more frequently to the same ol' game. Honestly, I think my best laid game design idea is for a customizable, 3D wrestling day, but there's no way in hell I'd even want to think about doing a yearly lol.
Plus side for them though... at least they constantly get some paychecks, instead of going years between a studio release. I'd honestly like to see some of what they put into UFC with collision detection brought into SDvR.

TBH, I'd rather they'd release a game one every 2 years so then they can work out more of the bugs and take more time to work on stuff. Quality > Quantity.
