Seeing "Blue" (Blue Bloods)

The XWA Tag Team champs Ray and Matt Burns make their way out to the ring dressed to compete. As they head down the ramp, boos rain down upon the brothers from the fans. Entering the ring in their signature style, mics are soon provided to them, and they get right down to business.

Seems like last week at Union me and Ray here struck a nerve with those rich boys. They didn't seem to pleased about us basically pullin' their punk cards, did they bro?

Not at all. But they should be thanking us. Really, they should. Us merely mentioning them made people actually care to find out who they were. I hear their profile page on the website got all kinds of hits. Not as many as ours, but...they're not us, so. What were their names again?

Shitin Aries and Randy Savage, I believe. No...that can't be right.

Matt reaches into his hoody and pulls out a piece of paper as Ray chuckles.

Ok, now I got it. Ashitan Aries and Regal Savage. Yea that's it. You'll have to excuse me, fellas. I don't bother remember names of guys who'll probably be gone by August. *Heh heh*

C'mon now. Cut the guys some slack. They haven't even wrestled their 1st match here in XWA. But of course, we plan on changing that. Tonight's the season premiere. And like we said at Union, we plan on making it clear to everyone and everyone that we're the best damn Tag Team on the planet. You do that by kicking ass and taking names, not remembering them. So tonight, The Blue Bloods was it? Yea...you boys get to start at the top of the heap. You took offense to us punkin' you last week? Do somethin' about it. Tonight, the two of you against the two of us. That way we can show you just how big a mistake it was joining the XWA Tag Team division.

My brother and I have one mission. A win against every team in XWA. Sure, we've already beaten every team. Well...aside from The Dooleys seeing as they average 2 months of work every year. But this year, every team in XWA's gonna get "Burned". So naturally, we've decided to start from the bottom of the barrel and work our way up to the one team that actually has given us a lil' bit of a challenge. As you can see, we're all geared up and ready to roll. So how about you two cakeboys get off your asses, put down the champagne and caviar, and come out here to get your trust fund asses kicked by a pair of Jersey boys?

And so The Burns Brother offer to welcome The Blue Bloods into XWA.

" As The Burn Brothers finish speaking a unfamiliar theme comes on over the PA. The crowd already knows it can only be two people, and they wasted no time answer the challenge of The Burn Brother Ray and Matt. The Blue Bloods step onto the stage also ready for action. With not pleased expressions on their faces they stare down their opponents.

The crowd does know what to make of the new tag team in XWA. So they neither cheer nor boo the two men. A sly smirk comes across the face of Ashtian Aries as he lifts the mic he brought with him from the back. As their music dies down Aries address The Burn Brothers"

*Chuckles* You guys are funny. You might not be original, but you guys are funny nonetheless. What's more funny is that you two think you brought us recognition. The name Aries alone brings us attention here in XWA. You two boast about being Tag Team Champs in a tag team division that lacked any REAL competition until now. I mean this division was none existent last year. I'm you guys are champs now just purely by default.

I mean beside Strike Force who have you really beaten. The Mobstaz? HA! Don't make me laugh. Those two ignorant clowns couldn't wrestle their way out of a paper bag. TNN? Why even waste my breath on those losers who are beneath me in so many ways. And The Dooleys? I can't even form and opinion on a team that hardly ever shows up. But I can't really blame them for not showing up. I mean look at the competition in this division here in XWA. Look at the Champions the represent this division here in XWA.

I mean all I can do is shake my head in disgust at the sight of you two. So it is OUR mission to rid the XWA tag team division of those not worthy to be in it. Which at this point is everybody except us. You want to call us cakeboys. Surely you jest. Because at the end of this night it will be you two with cake all over your faces when we beat you two soundly in the middle of that ring. 1. 2. 3.

Your day as XWA Tag Team Champs are numbered. So enjoy those belts while you can. Because Sooner then later those belts will be coming where they rightfully belong. Around OUR waists. So slang your insults all you want. Because these Rich Boys are going to end you two. I mean who would openly represent a piece of shit place like New Jersey anyway.

So you bloody wankers want to take us lightly because we are worth more you two will every be. You think us soft because of our bank accounts. Well I'm here to tell you that is a huge mistake on your parts. You talk of this mission you two on, but your mission will end before it every starts. Because you will never best us. Your misguided overconfidence is your biggest weakness.

Tonight though WE The Blue Bloods will bring you crumbling back down to Earth. We will show you just how inferior to us you really are. So live in your fantasy land of being the best tag team in the world for a bit longer. Relish it. Because it is soon to end. Tonight here on Overload you two are the ones who will get "Savagely Burned".

Oh, were you guys done?

Matt response nonchalantly.

I'm sorry. You see, I have this thing that happens to me. I totally tune out when I hear hot BS being spoken. Happens all the time. *Chuckles*.

You two might be a lot of things. Spoon fed rich boys? Yep. Boring as all hell? Definitely. But future XWA Tag Team champs? *Heh heh* Not a chance in hell. In fact, we're so confident you bozos are so not on our level, that if by the off chance you actually manage to beat us tonight, we'll gift wrap you a shot at the titles at the next Overload. You won't even have to wait until Vendetta. But on the other hand, if...or should I say when we beat you tonight, you two prissy boys take a nice, long walk to the back of the line. You assclowns don't even deserve to share the same air time as us. But much rather then talk about how totally unworthy you are, we'd rather show it to you first hand. You see fellas, you can talk about how good you both are until you're "blue" in the face. But the fact of the matter is you chumps, no matter how high up on yourselves you are...ain't proven squat. You haven't earned the right to talk trash. And after we're done with you two, you also won't have the right to get in the ring with us again for a long, looooooong time. So enjoy the exposure, fellas. This is about as close to these belts as your candy asses are every gonna get.

You know you guys have a point. We haven't wrestled a match in a XWA ring yet. And there is no point in trying to explain anything to you two dimwitted Jersey buffoons. Action is the only language two dumbbells will understand. So tonight we'll going to show you two, Matt and Ray. That these two *points to Regal and himself* platinum spoon fed so-called prissy rich boys can wrestle circles around you two. So over look us all you want. Keep thinking that WE The Blue Bloods are no real threat to you XWA Tag Team Titles. We want you too. No. We beg you to keep doing that. Because it's going to make it that much sweeter when we take those belts right from under your smug noses.

And as for being boring. I don't care if I'm boring to you or anybody else here. We are not here to entertain you or these people here. We are here ONLY to make money, win matches, and win championships. Anything else is just icing on the proverbial cake. So we will take your little stipulation for this match tonight. If we win. I mean WHEN we win. We get a shot at those Tag Team Titles at the next Overload, and if by some miracle or divine intervention you two morons win. We will graciously move to the back of the line, and work our way back up the ranks.

"Aries the mic back the Regal for the final words."

Well gentleman or should I say hooligans. I'd have to say with that being said. There is nothing left to say. Tonight The Blue Bloods make their grand debut right here on Overload against you two ruffians. Be honored tonight Matt and Ray Burns. Because tonight you get to see what a REAL tag team looks like.

"Regal and Ashtian chuckle as he lowers the mic as they wait for The Burns Brothers final response. Before they meet in the ring tonight."

A real Tag Team? We already know what one of those look like, dude. We see them every time we look in the mirror in the morning.

Matt retorts. Ray then adds.

This proves without a doubt our point. The fact that you two bozos are so high up on yourselves that you can't help but defensive and feel threatened. We never said in any way that you guys weren't good. Hell, if you weren't worth your salt, you wouldn't have a job here. It takes a certain kind of athlete to earn their spot on the XWA roster. What we did say, is that as good as you two may be. Whatever pedigree you may have in this ring, ain't no where near even close enough to shine our boots. It's like matching a 1st round, 1st pick basketball player against Micheal Jordan in his prime one on one. Ya' know the kid has potential, and will be a future superstar in the league. But against the greatest player in basketball history, he's about to get a schooling he'll never forget his entire career. Much like both of you chumps will. So...I'd take some notes tonight if I were you boys. Ya' might need 'em down the road.

With that, the theme of The Burns Brother hit the PA once again. They take leave of the ring, backing up the ramp with there eyes fixated on the Blue Bloods. Halfway up the ramp, Ray and Matt hold the Tag Team titles high above their heads as if to say "You want 'em, come and get 'em." As the final shot of Aries and Savage is shown in the ring, Overload cuts to a promotional spot.
