Germany Invades...Again(Promo/Open Invitation)

The Global Title #1 Contender Battle Royal match had just finished. The winner had left the ring and the crowd was waiting for the next match to start. Suddenly, the lights dim and the Titontron switches to a live feed. Standing there with his hands clasped together was Sebastian Schlager. A loud chorus of boos followed. Sebastian merely smirked towards the crowd that had appeared for the Union event tonight.

Good evening you American dogs. I won't keep you too long from seeing your fake heros and heroines from performing infront of you. I come with a statement and an invitation.

For those of you that happen to follow me outside of the wrestling world, you know that I was injured during a training session that kept me out of the remainder of the 2009 season and cut short the feud that I was having with that American hypocrite XXL. My recovery was quite ahead of schedule and I am 100% cleared to return to the XWA ring. So you can expect to see me in that very ring on the primere episode of Takedown. Which brings me to my next item, the invitation.

I am throwing out an open invitation to anyone or any number of people to face me on Takedown. I don't care if it's one on one, two on one or five on one. I know there are quite a few of you in the back that want to get a piece of me because of the words that I speak against that...piece of land you call the United States of America. A pity that you decide to defend such a waste land of poverty, greed and corruption, but I digress.

At Takedown, I will show up, and I will throw out the invitation again. Then I will wait, to see who will come forth. I will even throw this clause in. You can name the match. I have nothing to fear from anyone in the back. The short stint you saw in 2009 will be greatly extended throughout the 2010 season. You will see exactly what Sebastian Schlager is all out.

Just after the promo, th scene cuts backstage where a less then impressed Jeff Legend stands near a monitor. As the crowd cheers in the background, he mutters to himself...

Just what we need. Another superficial "I'm better then the US of A" foreign sock puppet.

He rolls his eyes at the monitor and walks off. Chances are Sebastian wouldn't have to wait for his incumbent challenge to be answered.

"Hm... thought I came to XWA for some competition to see me out of this business with..." thought Jon Pryor, standing in front of a secluded TV backstage at Union. He wasn't booked for the show, hardly made an appearance for XWA since his five seconds of spotlight with Jayson Jones at X-Games. "But, apparently here we are with some more of the same old "Hate me, hate me, I'm the bad guy you have to fight me" cheapness that's everywhere else. Oh well, I've got nothing else lined up... May as well jump in there and see what kind of feathers I can ruffle."
