Bio:
When Kris Cade signed with XWA in 2007, never would he have expected his life and career to take the turn it had since. Having spent two years traveling the world wrestling in independents from Europe to Japan, once he landed in XWA, he was already ahead of the curve. A curve that saw him with the hotly contested Pure Title within a month of his arrival. The concept of Pure Rules was still new at the time, but it was a style of wrestling that he took to like a duck to water, and a style he put on the map. Cade made an immediate impact in XWA, and within just a year's time established himself as one of the company's biggest draws quietly and with far less fanfare then some of the other superstars who came into XWA at the same time as him.
What would set Cade apart from the pack however, would be a long standing feud that brewed from 2007 into 2008 against Primo Valiante. In the ensuing battles, the two men would have a series of the most competitive and brutal matches ever seen in XWA, including the King's Road Match, a match so physically demanding that it has never been done on American soil since. Cade stepped away from competition in mid 2008 following the birth of his 1st child, but would return to form in 2009, concluding his feud with Primo, and rising up the ranks on Takedown following the draft to become #1 Contender for the XWA GrandSlam championship, held by Robby Sylk. After a long, grueling war against Sylk and his henchmen that lasted several months, Cade secured the title in grand fashion at Only The Strong 2009. His next challenge would come in the form of the streaking rookie Scott EPIC, which came in the form of two defenses against him at Devil's Night and XGames III.
Off the heels of another successful season, Cade readies himself for the challenges that await him in the 2010 campaign.
