Bio:
Osh Vaughn has been in wrestling since before many of the XWA roster even knew of what wrestling really was. Having a career that has spanned two full decades now, in many circles people believe Osh has nothing more to prove in the sport. But apparently there's one person who doesn't follow that sentiment, Osh Vaughn himself. Now 41 years of age, he's still able to compete at a level that even some of his younger counterparts can dare match. This comes result of his near god like work ethic in and out of the ring. Osh's training has become something of legend, to the point that there are almost 100 wrestlers in the USA, Canada and Japan to this day who have at one point trained under him.
In 2009, Osh decided to finish his career in a major organization following the closing of the company he himself founded Intense International Wrestling. (IIW, which XWA superstars Lionel Xander and Van Hayden and former XWA Superstar Chris Cage originate from.) The choice became clear to him that XWA was the place under unfortunate circumstances, a near 7 month war of words between him and XWA original Scott O'Dell. Osh signed a long term deal with XWA that would ensure whenever he does decide to retire, it will be an XWA superstar, with the hope to meet O'Dell in the ring. During the 2009 campaign however, another man would emerge to be Osh's charge, the fearsome Bryan Jasta. In the coming months, Osh found himself thrust into the feud between Jasta, O'Dell, and the rest of the contingent called "Upper Echelon" and the band of Superstars that formed to combat them that would by years end be known as "The Bravehearts". He and Jasta would have a number of battles, Vaughn proving his mettle by being the 1st man in a number of years to actually draw Jasta's blood on several occasions. Eventually, Jasta would begin playing mind games with Osh, going as far as involving his daughter Tiffany in their rivalry in lore of trying to force Osh out of XWA. Osh would prevail in the end against Jasta, but the bad blood still boils, as does his desire to settle up with O'Dell.
2010 marks Osh's 20th year in wrestling, a feat that very few men have achieved. And he plans for this year to be one of his most memorable to date.
