Bio:
A new era in wrestling began in 2009, the year that Jeremy Pendelton joined the XWA. With a slew of newcomers entering the league in that season, many took painstaking efforts to make names for themselves among the rank & file, but one man proved he needed no such effort to fulfill the task.
By biding his time as others simply "played the game", Pendelton rose through the ranks to earn a one-on-one shot at the XWA World Title. That match which took place at Only The Strong 2009 is regarded as the best match of the year, and one of the greatest title matches in the XWA's history. To Jeremy however, it was proof positive that he is not just another "cocky heel". Even in a losing effort, Pendelton proved that whether it be his first year or his fourth that he is a top contender and threat to anyone who believes they're untouchable.
Still, there comes a time when one has to become greater than they are. The all important off-season is where legacies are made and broken. What to change up, what to keep the same...for Pendelton the short answer was simple...change little physically, but everything mentally.
He went to the legendary tome of Sun Tzu- "The Art of War", and now uses it's musings as the mandate for his mission in 2010...domination. The kind that goes far beyond just victory and title reigns, but that which cements your name into the minds of all, that they will know that you are a force to be feared and not trifled with.
Winning the battle is nothing. Winning the war is the ambition of Jeremy Pendelton, and that is an ambition that will not be stopped.
