Bio:
Jenna Slade career in wrestling began in the indy circuit as the manager of Robby Sylk prior to his arrival to the XWA. In 2009 she joined him in the league full-time, not only as a manager but as a competitor as well.
Jenna paired up with Channelle, an associate of Robby's to become "The Centers of Attention" and feuding with the group known as The Sensationals through many tag and singles matches. It all led to Jenna facing Amber Gianni for her Pearl Championship aweek after Channelle failed to defeat her for a second straight time.
The less experienced Slade won the match for her first title victory, and as she would defend the title subsequently her partner had disappeared. Towards the end of the year, Channelle return and it seemed that they would continue as a team when Channelle betrayed Jenna in what's now being called "The Italian Job", surprise attacking Jenna and costing her the Pearl Title.
To add to the humiliation, Channelle and her new ally Tiffany Masterson would try to make an example of her after she seemingly got a short measure of payback. While this would have broken most people, Jenna got support from the most unlikely of places...a woman who didn't have to stick her neck out but did anyway. Jenna had already found herself becoming more popular with the fans, but to get assistance from Amber Gianni was a real surprise. Suddenly she had a new lease on life.
The 2010 season marks a new chapter in Jenna's career and her life. While nothing is certain, one thing that is fairly evident now is that "Baby's got a brand new bag". New friends, new focus and a new outlook will makes things promising for her.
