Hell hath no fury like these women's scorn. But who's scorn was more...scornful?
Note: Another selection change. Initially Jenna Slade was in the running...but then she turned Face, which immediately disqualified her from being voted top heel. So in her place, Minami Kuroguchi was added, as her body of work vs. Okami was more then enough to get her a nod.
