I posted something like this a couple of months ago, but now Richard is in trouble because of youtube's REFUSAL to do something about these false DMCAs. This is total bullshit that youtube is making it this easy to use the DMCA to terrorize people and try to unlawfully rid them of their freedom of speech. The even worse thing is the filer is most likely going to just use this to get his personal information to leak it onto the net and let people terrorize Richard. Whatever happened to " I may not like what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it?"
