*As Devil’s Night continued, the Jumbotron lit up for the Las Vegas crowd with the image of the beautiful Fabiola standing in the interview area. She stands with a microphone in her hand and looks into the camera.*
”Ladies and gentlemen, please help me welcome my guest at this time, Kayn.”
*The crowd erupted as Kayn entered the screen and stood with a somewhat somber look on his face. Fabiola brings the mic to her lips and begins to speak.*
”Kayn, after an impressive return to action, you’ve dropped your last two matches to Drazen Petrovovic, how does that make you feel?”
*Kayn looked at Fabiola as she held the microphone in front of his mouth.*
“How’s that make me feel? Well Fabiola, have you ever known anyone to say ‘Well gosh darn it, I sure am glad that I lost. Someone beating me twice in a row sure helps me sleep better at night.’? I mean have you ever heard anyone say anything so ludicrous? No of course you’ve never heard that, so I’m not going to be the first. But I will be the first to say that twice Drazen Petrovovic has gotten the better of me, but tonight, tonight I have a feeling that my luck is going to change. You see Fabs, if there’s one thing this city is known for, it’s that lives are changed in a second. With one roll of the dice, with one flip of a card, fortunes are made and lost in that one singular moment, so tonight, right here in Las Vegas, Nevada *cheap pop* I’m going to make a wager. The way I see it right now, Drazen has me down two to one, so here’s my deal. Tonight I’ll meet Drazen in the ring one more time for sure. If he wins, he’s got me beat, no doubt about and he can go on his merry little way, but when I win, by my calculations that’ll lock us dead even, which will give us a tie breaker at X-Games.”
*The crowd explodes as another match for the evening has just been announced, providing that his opponent would accept.*
“And to sweeten the deal, I’ll even give Drazen the opportunity to select our match at X-Games, so as you can see Fabs that no matter how you look at it, this deal is a win/win for him.”
*Kayn now turns and looks to the camera.*
“Now it’s time to see if Drazen is a gambling man.”
*With that Kayn nods to Fabiola and heads off screen, leaving Fabiola standing as she brings the mic to her mouth.*
”Well we’ll see later tonight, back out to you guys at ringside.”
*The cameras return to the ring for the next match.*
