With the sudden influx of non-American talent to emerge in XWA, it was only a matter of time before of the modern day super-talents of Japan to decide upon making the move. That super talent is Mihashi Naozane. In his 4 years of being in the business, Naozane has amassed unparalleled fame and popularity in his homeland akin to a rockstar. Naozane is currently the Nippon Pro World Champion, as well as having made appearances in such companies as Pro Wrestling NEO and Alliance Wrestling Federation.
Naozane brings to the ring a unique take on the Japanese "Strong Style" of wrestling, incorporating speed, precision, power, athleticism and a raw aggression not usually seen in competitors from Japan. He sites some of his influences in wrestling as Antonio Inoki, Alex Fierhart Sr., Yoshi Togo and the late Mitsuhara Misawa.
