Alright. After going through the process of creating and downloading caws, as well as trial and error, the previously posted regulations on attributes and abilities are null and void. Uploaded caws do not retain the stats or abilities you upload them with. Meaning that you yourself may have worked them up into the mid-upper 80's on your game, but when we download them off Community Creations (Which from this point on I'll refer to as CC) they are defaulted in stats and abilities. The only thing that stays mapped to the caw is the attires, move-set, CAFs (Yes, CAFs remain mapped to your caw) and entrances. Attributes and abilities however reset to the defaults they were when you 1st create them.
What this means is that every caw in XWA will need to be leveled up on our end, which is a daunting task seeing as that's damn near 80+ caws we need to level up in a 5 month window. So as far as selecting the abilities you want to have in XWA, we're gonna have to nix that. We can't create everyone we have to (Especially in terms of those we need to make via formula) then cater to leveling them up to the numbers they are on your game. We simply don't have the time to do so.
With regards to how to unlock the abilities, here are the exact details:
Dirty Pin - Available by default
Evasive Dodge - available by default (Not available for Super Heavyweights)
Exploder to TB attack - Must have Speed rating of 75
Fan Favorite - Must have Charisma rating of 80
Fired Up - Must reach overall rating of 90
Hammer Throw - Available by default
Hardcore Resurrection - Must have Hardcore rating of 90
Kip Up - Must have Technical rating of 85
Lock Pick - Must have Submission rating of 85
Move Theft - Available by default
Object Specialist - Must have Hardcore rating of 70
Outside Dives - Available by default. (Not available for Super Heavyweights)
Possum Pin - Available by default
Pull Back Attack - Available by default
Ref Shield - Available by default
Resiliency - Must reach overall rating of 92
Ring Escape - Available by default
Springboard - Available by default (Not available for Super Heavyweights)
Strong Strike - Must have Striking rating of 75
Taunt Theft - Available by default
As you can see, the unlockable abilities require some Substantial leveling up to do. Multiply that by the total number of characters presently active in XWA, and there's no way everyone can have the abilities they want in the time frame we have in the offseason. We'd need to push the season start back another month, and that ain't happening. So with that in mind, we're changing the structure of stats and abilities in XWA to cater not to the character, but to the character's size and wrestling style. 1st and foremost, Resiliency and Fired up are now without question not being used in XWA. Period. The Xtraordinares will instead be given 10 more points in Charisma then everyone else. What are the exact numbers we'll give everyone? We're not sure yet. But you can rest assure that they will be like all previous years, balanced.
