Recipe for success (Ashley & Heather)

Following a segment, the entrance theme of Ina & Bull plays over the Livorno Palaalgida PA system while Ina & Bull stand in the ring. In Ina's hand, a mic. And it would be quite obvious what the subject would be.

At the last Takedown of 2009, Nagano-San and I set out to make a statement. And we succeeded in making that statement. The message? Ashley Diamond isn't impervious. She isn't as pristine and indestructible as you simpletons believe. The fact that Nagano-San pinned her in our Tag Team match is proof positive of this fact. Weeks ago, she stood in this ring and said she had "figured us out". She said she had found a chink in Nagano-San's armor. Little did she know that there are many layers to that armor. And just when you think you've damaged one, you hit the next, realizing that all you did to crack the 1st layer was for not.

As the Tuscona fans begin to boo, Ina continues on.

Even here in Europe, you fans have been brainwashed by Ashley. She's fooled every last one of you into thinking she's "the great one". And there's another woman who resorts to such tactics. That's you, Heather Fierhart. It's no wonder you and Ashley are so close, and no...it doesn't involve the fact that Diamond is sleeping with your brother. It's the fact that you both are two peas in a pod. You both preach integrity, and bring "class, dignity and poise" back to the Diamond Division. But has it occurred to either of you that maybe, just maybe, there's no place for those ideals anymore? Of course you both would never know that, with your self-righteous high standards. You see, we've come to the relation that in order to survive in the jungle that is the Diamond Division, righteousness need not apply. Tonight, Nagano-San and I prove this fact, yet again.

Ina prepares to continue, but before she can, she's cut off by the entrance theme of the Onyx Champion.

Ashley & Heather step out from backstage. The scene was quite similar to last weeks encounter. Both women had mics of their own. As the music fades, Ashley would be the 1st of the two to speak.

I'm gonna have to disagree with you on a few things there, Ina. 1st and foremost, Heather and I? We're not by any means self-righteous. We come from a train of thought in this business that the best way to influence things, is doing it the right way. Giving the fans, and more importantly, the little girls in the arena, and sitting in front of their TVs and computer monitors watching around the world something, and someone to look up to. I can totally understand the way you and some of the other girls feel though. It's soooooooooooooo easy to low ball things. Being "That bitch" is real easy. Being a representative of what it means to be a female wrestler? A Diamond? Oh no, that's way to hard. So you, and girls like Channelle, Jenna Slade, My dear sister Helena, those new girls Kuroguchi, Nister & Gold, the rest of your Black Diamond buddies, even Kim Hunter at one point. You all take the low road because it's the easy road. Whereas women like me and Heather here have predicated our lives to being more then XWA Diamonds. We're ambassadors of our craft. Just listen for a second.

Ashley pauses, holds out her mic, and the fans respond with a thundering cheer.

That's 10,000 Italian fans cheering us on. 10,000 people who recognize me and Heather here as two other the gals who have represented XWA, and what it truly means to be a Diamond since day one. Has it been easy? Hell no. To this day we still have bulleyes painted on our heads. There are female wrestlers all around the world who'd love nothing more then to build their careers from beating one of us. How do we know this you ask? We're staring at two of them right now.

Ashley leaves the floor open for Heather to get her words in.

[heat]

Heather raises her mic and speaks.

I think Ashley hit it on the nail there. But girls, From where I stand, you two have something to lose as well. No, it's not your pride. You'd actually need some before you could lose it. Nuh-uh. It's something material. The same thing that Ashley here is putting on the line. A title...

...The SAPPHIRE Titles.

Tony: She's right. They are still the Sapphire champions.

So here's what I was thinking. Tonight, we do something special. Title Versus Title. A Tag Team match. Ashley puts the Onyx title up just as stated. If you two win, Bull wins it, and you two keep the Sapphire Titles. But if we win? Ashley retains the title, and we both become the new Sapphire champs. That's not us being righteous, that's us putting everything on the table. If this were poker, we'd be all in. Question is, are you gonna match the bet?, or fold becuase your hand just isn't good enough.

After conferring with each other off mic, Ina would give the response.

As much as Nagano-San and I know this is merely a shameless ploy for the two of you to pad your resumes, and egos...much like the last two women who dared to challenge us for the Sapphire Titles, we see it as an even bigger opportunity to steal your thunder. Separate, you both may be good enough to defeat us solo. But as we proved last week, united...there is no pairing of females in the XWA, no...in wrestling period, good enough to beat us.

Consider your proposal...excepted.

The crowd reacts as what started out a mere Onyx Title match, was now a Title Vs. Title match.

Matt: The Onyx and Sapphire titles, up for grabs in the same match. Now that's huge.

Buzz: And it might come back to bite Ashley and Heather on their pretty lil' asses. Ina's 100% right. There's no two females in the sport good enough to beat them. Ashley and Heather are phenomenal singles wrestlers. But Ina and Bull are better Tag Team wrestlers. A Great Tag Team will beat two great singles wrestlers every time.

Matt: Be that as it may, we're going to see one hell of a match, with one hell of a lot hanging in the balance.

They wait for the response of either female.
