So I made this thread wonder who your CAW is influenced on, here's mine.
Blade is based on Randy Orton with the current look and attitude he has, and how I am doing Blade right now. I've got some interesting ideas for 2010 which 3X and Kaoz will like, anyway as you can see in my RP's Blade is very ignorant now and I think it's doing pretty good for me.
So who's yours?

Move set wise, I think it's obvious I based it mostly on Undertaker and Kane, mixed in with a move here and there from other sources.
Appearance wise, I just wanted a dark look, not based off of anyone.
As far as his personality, it used to be again Undertaker and Kane, but lately I've been drawing off a combination of Jericho and Orton. Orton for his arrogance and Jericho for pointing out the truth, but being a complete dick about it.

Only twoI can truly say I based anyone off of is Sergei Drago and Kaja Nightshade. Unless you count my self creation which is based on me, my persona in the ring, and my moves and such.
Sergei Drago, I based entirely look-wise off of Dolph Lundgren, or better yet, his role in Rocky IV of Ivan. Apparently along the way of creating his face, it branched off from looking like a complete lookalike of Dolph and became his own person, but the base of his creation roots lies in Dolph Lundgren.
Kaja Nightshade, one look at her and any Final Fantasy fan will think "Sephiroth" and rightfully so, she wasn't originally created on any SVR game, or any game in general. She was just a concoction of my own mind and in my mind, I had her as quite frankly, a female Sephiroth, sans the mother complex and wanting to destroy the world. Since then I've adapted her into games and the like.
Madeline Bell is loosely based off of someone, but only in attire. Again, Final Fantasy fans may think of Seifer of Final Fantasy VIII if they look at her attire, but beyond that, she shares no resemblance with him. The reason why I based her attire off of him, is because, like her father Simon Bell (a 187/Murda creation) she is a vampire hunter and I thought that Seifer's attire looked like it could suit that role well enough.

Dynamite is primarily based on a young HBK and Chris Jericho, but recently I've started throwing in a healthy dose of the Miz too. Essentially the arrogance and brash cocky trash talk of HBK and Y2J has been peppered with a generally toolish nature, and complete inability to see beyond himself taken from the Miz!
Looks wise, it depends. At the moment ive just taken bits from CAWs and wrestlers i like!

Scott O'Dell - Scott is based on Chris Masters as far as attire and wrestling tactics, but his primary influence is off of Michael O'Hearn, who is most commonly known as Titan on American Gladiators, but also appeared in a similar show that aired in the mid 90s called Battle Dome, which mixed the sport competitions of AG with some wrestling elements in that the "Gladiators" were all over the top characters. O'Hearn's character on Battle Dome was named Michael O'Dell, which is where Scott's last name is taken. His personality has evolved over the years. Initially at the start of XWA's existence, he was just your typical cocky heel. But as I've roleplayed him, he's become a more cynical, calculating tactician, taking cues from Triple H as a heel. He's not a character who's naive in his arrogance, he's just a guy who's a world class wrestler...and KNOWS he's world class. I also add little bits of humor in his act to keep things from getting bland and predictable, and on occasion, when he's doing a little to well, I'll deliberately have him do or say something to put his foot in his mouth to knock him down a peg. (Like guaranteeing he'd win a World Title match or he'd shave his head...of which he lost...lol.)
Steven Higby - In look, persona and wrestling style, Higby is based on Nathan Jones, even as far basing Higby's background in ways off of Jones' in that Higby's spent time in Prison before becoming a wrestler.
Anjelyka - Her influence is a whole bunch of things. Emos, Anime, Suicide Girls, the works. But her next incarnation, I want her to be less "sociable". A true ronin, so I plan on basing her more on MsChif, which also includes an overhaul in her look as far attire and personality.
The Strike Force - The old WWE Tag Team by the same name, made up of Tito Santana and Rick Martel. Craig and Reno are actually just a pair of solo caws I make annually that I decided to pair up for the sake of making a tag team here in XWA, so now I make them as a tag team by default.

I made XXL back in 2006, way before Bobby Lashley even started wrestling (or before we even knew he existed), so anybody who thinks he's a Lashley clone can shove it. I was messing around in CAW mode trying to make someone based off of Craig Marduk from Tekken and that creation evolved into being Xander. I came up with the name first, and wanted to make a character that matched the obvious play on the initials. His character persona/promoing style is a lot like Samoa Joe's, just a straight to the point, no nonsense style, but a lot more generic (I hate that word but it's the best I can come up with) so as to make him more flexible to any scenario. And Marisol, long story short...I'm a big Sofia Vergara fan, and out of a fun challenge 3X made a CAW modeled off of her like he modeled Amber Gianni off of Aria Giovanni as well as a couple of other CAWS based off of real people he's done. After a few name changes I got the keys to the character and the rest was history. I try to RP her like a female version of Eddie Guerrero, care free and fun loving, but with that Latin temper that flares whenever someone tries to disrespect her.

Oh yes, and for all of you new folks, XXL's OFFICIAL nickname is "Black Hercules", ordained to him by Jonny Punch. I'd go into what my characters influences are...but everyone already knows them...and I'd be sitting here typing up the post for hours. So I'll shorten up with names. Simon Fierhart: Undertaker, Sting, Anime, Sci Fi Dru Nedermeyer: Brock Lensar, Don Muraco, Micheal Ironside Jayson Jones: Malcolm X, Samuel L. Jackson, Rampage Jackson, New York City Ryan Fierhart: Simon Fierhart, Justin Timberlake, Edge Evan Fate: Jeffy Hardy, Sylas Styles, Metal, Anime Primo: Dino Bravo (Who remembers him?), William Regal, upper class snobs Heather Fierhart: Simon Fierhart, Mischa Barton, Paris Hilton, Uma Thruman Holly Woodz: Who the hell even knows... And every other character I've come up with over the years is just a product of some form of media influence (Celebrity, Pro Athlete, Anime, Art, Music etc.), an over active imagination and way to much time spent playing create modes in wrestling games for the last 15 damn years.

Evan Fate: Jeffy Hardy, Sylas Styles, Metal, Anime That wraps up my goals as a caw handler. Influencing younger, newer, handlers is one thing. Influencing an older handler is completely different. Sireena - being the twin sister of Sylas, she's quite parallel to his attitude/personality, but without all the long standing personal issues, grief, and title history to build off of. I only brought her to existance via CAW a few years back in LXW, and completed a cross fed storyline of her kidnapping from their, and reappearance in VWE as a pawn to get Sylas to side with the "dark side" of the Blackthorn family. Never did reveal who grabbed her back then (*Starr*). Other then the Sylas influence, she's got the calm/straight to the point attitude seen in most japanese wrestlers. No gimmicks, no flash, just straight up talented, athletic, and gifted in some areas. Haven't really delved too much into the character yet, as I wanted to build her slowly towards a point where she came out of her shell, and truly blossomed into who she is supposed to be on her own (2010)

I'll make this short and to the point. A.Cee Infamous is largely based on Me. Personality - Largely Me turn up to like 1,000, The old Booker T, John Cena yes I said John Cena, The Rock, and Roy Jones Jr. Moveset - A mixture of RVD, Japanese wrestling, and Shelton Benjamin. Appearance - Again Me. I did take liberty with his height as he is 6'3'/6'4" and I'm just 5'8"/5'9". Yes I'm short. I know.

Hey, nothing wrong with embellishing on your height in games. On Madden 10 I'm 6'6 245lbs, whereas in RL life I'm only 6'0" but actually BIGGER weight wise. More like 250. Think Taz's build back in ECW.

I wouldn't sweat mate Dynamite's original incarnation was based on me - still is looks wise - but he's 5'10 to 6 ft and I'm only 5'5" so if i didn't want another Rey Mysterio i kind of had to embellish
