Outside Dives is pretty much useless when it comes to the AI. It's hit and miss if it'll ever use the ability, and of course that's when you're opponent is out of the ring. And seeing as Blade predominately competes in Pure Rules matches, which has no ring outs, it makes the ability even more useless for him. Springboard on the other hand does get used by the AI at a higher regularity, so I'd swap those two.
Equally as useless is KO. I've tried KO'ing guys since the game came out as well as simming to see one happen with the AI, and it hasn't. Ditch it and add more defense to Blade by way of Lock Pick. An invaluable ability when going up against guys who use submissions, which is pretty much everyone in the Pure Title hunt. Late in a match it'll save your life, as opposed to KO not doing anything for you.

Any Better? I read about Durability so was it a good idea changing it? Or should I put it back in.

Durability's one of those "Eh" abilities. While it has it's uses, it's not very useful. Whereas Bloodshed + Kip Up = a double shot of potentially ended a match in the clutch, which is why Punch has that combo as well. People think that it's your moveset that helps your CAW to win, but it's that coupled with the abilities you give it. That's the reason why Punch hasn't lost a Hardcore style match all year, he's armed to the teeth with every Hardcore trick in the book, whereas most people don't even make use of one of the Hardcore abilities. Of course it's a double edge sword since Punch's defense in non-existent, which shows in normal matches. But it's a price I'm willing to pay to have him completely dominate in his style of match. Blade should be a touch out with that selection of abilities.
