2009's edition of Soul Survivor saw Magnus Von Schwartz emerge victorious in the gauntlet of battle royals to earn his place in "The Last Dance" at XGAMES3.
After the show ended, MVS had some candid words to share with the1xwa.net...
Tonight, the world once again witnessed the superiority of a true grappler. I have said many times over that the Magnus Von Schwartz you'd see this season would be one that is the most complete, the most honed...quite simply the sharpest blade in the arsenal.
If this victory does not yet solidify that fact, then one more victory shall. The one in which I have earned the right to compete at year's end, when I right the wrong of Madness and emerge as the XWA World Champion.
On this night, a small victory was earned. The war however wages on, and I shall continue to establish my dominance on any and all who would dare to face me. To those men I say as always...
