As we come back on the air from a quick promotional advertisement for the next XWA pay-per-view. The fans stand to there feet and erupt. Reason being you may ask ? Well, 'he' has arrived. Brandon Payne, now sporting jet black hair and a full grown beard. Makes his way through the crowd. Hopping over the barricade as he tries to keep from getting 'attacked' by the fans. Whom were cheering, screaming, and patting him on the back as he made his way through the crowd.

Now in the ring. Payne grabs a microphone nearby, and begins to speak:

I believe, we all know what today is ? Today is "D-Day" for Brandon Payne. Decision time !

Before I make that decision however. I would like to call out both, XWA Vice President Rodolphe Gallas, and XCW Chairman Loki Alverton. If you would gentleman, please come out to the ring.

Payne lowers the mic.

[Loki Alverton]

Not long after Brandon made his invitation, the first one to respond would be Loki. As "Money" from Pink Floyd played over the speakers, the XCW chairman walked out from the backstage area with a confident grin on his face to the boos of the Chicago crowd.

Matt: Well here comes that turncoat Loki Alverton.

Buzz: I don't know about that Matt. I mean I was a little shocked that he made this jump when it was first announced, but the more I think about it, the more sense it makes.

Willy: What are you yabbling about Buzz? He turned his back on the whole XWA when he joined up with these invaders.

Buzz: Loki is a business man Willy, he follows his checkbook, not his heart.[/font]

Loki made his way up the ring steps and entered the ring, still with a cocky smirk on his face, as if he knew something that no one else knew. He stood in the ring and even though he had a microphone he didn't say anything. He awaited the arrival of XWA Vice President along with Brandon and the entire crowd in Chicago.

Payne raises the mic and speaks:

Well, that's one guy down. Gallas, I know your busy backstage. But I promise this won't take too long. So again, if you please would come out. That would be much appreciated.

[gallas]

Out from backstage steps Gallas, making his 1st appearance on XWA programming since the Overload episode prior to the draft. He makes his way down the walkway and to ringside, pausing at the foot of the ring to take a look at both men in the ring. He climbs the ring steps and joins them inside.

Buzz: There goes "Tha' Boss". He doesn't look to happy, does he fellas?

Goldman: That's an understatement, partner.

Ah, at last. The boss shows up. Gentleman... thank you for both coming out here. Because what I have to say to the both of you. I felt I really need to say to you guys in person. All I ask is for you guys to hear me out.

Its best that I start with my boss. Or, I should say my former boss, Rodolphe Gallas.

BuZZ: Former Boss ? This isn't a good sign for XWA.

Now Gallas, I would like to think. That... you and I have had a pretty good business relationship. Never had one bad word between us in the last couple of years. Anything you've ever wanted me to do for this company. I went out there, week in, week out, busting my ass to make sure the job was done.

Last year, its safe to say that my 'comeback' was a huge success.

Big Feuds... Big Matches... Big Title Shots.

Guys from the likes of Scott O'Dell to Ethan Bain to XXL. I fought them all off. Win or Lose. I busted my ass and I gave these people the best show I could possibly put on. 2008 !? Needless to say, awesome year for your Elite.

So then we roll into 2009. I had a pretty good start with Dante Elsworth. I beat that punk from one end of the arena to the other. Loving every second of it. And in doing so. I would like to think that I played a small part in putting him over here in the XWA. With all due respect to Elsworth himself.

But... then we roll into April's Pay-Per-View Vendetta. My last match for the XWA to date. I was given a World Title Opportunity. Which I thought to myself. Hey great deal. I'm excited for this. This being my 3rd world title opportunity. My three times is the charm, as the old saying goes.

So then I found out. Who my partners are. Chris Dynamite & Dante Elsworth. Both of whom, at that particular time frame. Had one, to absolutely zero wins during there stay here. Lemme put it this way. One guy can't carry a team. That point was proved at Vendetta. Cause no matter what I did. No matter how much of an effort that Elsworth & Dynamite put in. Along with myself, we couldn't beat the likes of a Scott O'Dell, Ryan Blaze, & Van Hayden. Why ? Cause I felt the match was very lopsided in favor to the Overload team.

But hey, that's alright. I got over it. A loss is a loss. I've been a veteran for nearly five years. I'm a man who can take a loss as much as I love a win. So then we get into MAYDAY. I show up for the show. And guess what I find out ? I'm not even booked to be on the card whatsoever. Hell, I'm not even in the opening act for christ sakes.

So... that raised a question. With my contract coming to an end on June 1st. What this really going to be it for me ? Did I overstay my welcome ? No matter how hard I tried. Was I not good enough for there tastes ? Would I ever be there World Champion ? Would I ever become truly a main eventer here ? These are questions I really don't know the answer to, Gallas. But it did leave me to considering other options and future career paths.

I say all of those, not out of anger. Not really out of disappointment. But out of frustration. Frustration with myself... with you... and this company.

After I declared my free agency. What you may, or may not know Gallas. Is that Loki and I had a nice little dinner. Needless to say boss, we had a nice little dinner chat. Talking about the XWA, the XCW, my career, and what path I should go on. It was very relaxing. Hell, even Loki went so far as to pay for everything.

But the point is. He made alot of things crystal clear to me. And really... he understood where I was at in my career. Where I should be going. I gotta tell ya. Loki did a very damn good job of pointing me in the right direction. Fact is, he made me one HELL of an offer.

BuZZ: Uh oh ? This isn't looking good at all.

Goldman: Brandon, please don't do this. XWA needs you now more then ever.

With that said. Brandon turns his back on Gallas, and walks over to Loki. Standing several feet apart from him. Was this a sign of things to come ? Payne turning his back on Gallas. Was this a symbolic gesture of what Payne was gonna do next ?

Loki...

Payne turns his attention back over to Gallas for a brief moment:

Rodolphe...

Payne turns his attention now towards the fans:

I think its time.

Fans start to pop. Almost a chilling, tense atmosphere begins to feel the arena. After weeks of speculation. Whose side was Payne going to be on ??

As of tonight... and for the rest of my career. I will, and always will be a member of the X...

Before Payne could finish. He was interrupted by Loki.

[Loki Alverton]

Brandon, allow me to interject here for a moment.[/font]

The crowd booed as they were awaiting Brandon's answer. Loki reached into his his jacket pocket and produced a folded piece of paper. As he pulled out this paper, the smile on his lips got bigger. He began to speak again.

I know exactly where you are going here. I have taken the liberty of having a contract written up for you and as you can see by making the decision to sign with the XCW is a very lucritive decision.[/font]

Loki handed the contract over to Brandon as he looked over at Mr. Gallas.

I feel honored to be the first to say to you 'Welcome to the XCW'.[/font]

Loki then put his hand out to shake Brandon's.

Payne, with the contract in hand cracks a smile. As the fans start to boo. Is Payne really going to sign the contract ?

Well... as I was going to say before I was interrupted. Given everything that has happened with me over the last two years here in this company. And of course, the more recent events that I've had to deal with. I could only come up with one possible decision. And... ya know Loki. We talked about what would be best for Brandon Payne, and my career. Tonight... I feel that I've made the RIGHT decision.

As of this moment. I am, and FOREVER will be, a member of....

The fans erupt into both cheers (and a sigh of relief). As Payne rips up the XCW contract in front of Loki's face. Letting the torn pieces crumble and fall to his feet.

You see Loki... what you and those cowards you call a federation fail to realize ? Is that money doesn't buy everything.

Money can buy you fast cars, nice houses, women, and other things. But what money can never EVER buy... is loyalty, respect, and ME !

To me... I despise everything that you, and the XCW stand for. Kayn took a bullet trying to stop you. You attempted to take out XXL. But hear this, Loki. Your going to have to kill me to keep me from killing you !

I'm not going to stop until you, and that pathetic organization is no more. For all the hell you've put the XWA through over the past few months. Myself, Gallas, and everyone in the XWA will never forgive you.

Lets face it, Mr. Chairman. WHen you and XCW fired the first shot in a vain attempt to take us all out ? You planted the seeds for MY Resurrection !

The Resurrection of the most controversial man in wrestling history. I vowed to myself two years ago that I would never go back to the man I used to be. I would never be Genesis. I would never go back to my old ways. That I would respect everyone and everything in this business instead of look down upon it. But in this case. I feel that its absolutely NECESSARY !

I have No Remorse...

No Regrets...

All I have left ? Is Pain & Retribution. That is what I deliver. That is what I vow to present to your company. Because I will not stop until YOU, and every last member of the XCW is extinguished.

Genesis looks over at Gallas:

Boss... I'm sorry that I put you through all of this. But rest assure, I'm going to put an end to this horrible nightmare once and for all. If not ? I'll die trying.

Genesis turns his attention back over to Loki:

Loki... you son of a bitch !

You fired the first shot many months ago. Well, on behalf of Kayn, XXL, myself, and the rest of XWA ? Allow me to retaliate !

Genesis hauls off and delivers a stiff right hook to the jaw of Loki. From there, he jumps on top of him and delivers one punch after the other. All the fury... all the rage... all the pain... everything he held inside for the last months started to poor out into his every blow.

As the fans were becoming ecstatic and loving every single moment of this. Suddenly... something happened ?

Genesis continues to "Ground & Pound" Loki, unknowing of the fact that there was about to be some more humanity entering the ring. From out of the crowd a group of XCW wrestlers led by Devin Damian storm the squared circle. Damian leads the charge with a boot to the back of the artist formerly known as Brandon Payne, which breaks up his assault. The collective moves in on him then and begins to put the boots to him, relentlessly stomping him to the mat.

Matt: Are you kidding me? Can you blame this man for not wanting to be a part of that organization? All they stand for is dirty tactics!

Buzz: Well, unfortunately it's looking as if Genesis is paying the price for his decision right now. This is a mugging going on in that ring!

A few grunts lift Genesis up and hold him for Devin, who now stands face to face with the veteran.

Genesis, huh? I love how you make it sound as if this is some kind of "alternate personality" you have...but what the hell. On behalf of XCW, let me be the first to welcome you back...

Allow me to introduce myself. Devin Damian...Xtraordinaire Killer!

Damian then kicks the man in the gut, buckling him over to his knees. The perfect position for the coup de grace...

Matt: Oh no...we've seen this before. Damian's going to try to kick Genesis' head off! The same way he gave Kayn a concussion!

All everyone else did was look on in fear (or delight depending on which side you stood) as Damian leaned back, preparing to make an opening kick off on Genesis' head...

Buzz: Someone's gotta do something about this...

[Xander Xavier Luther]

Just when it seemed that things were going to be doom for Genesis, suddenly a familiar theme song begins to play. It's that of XXL, who darts down the aisle into the ring!

Matt: Oh man! XXL is here, and he's out to do some damage!

Buzz: Of all of the people who could have came out to help Genesis, XXL? Wow!!!

As he entered the ring he's met with some heavy resistance. A few goons start taking shots at him from all sides, but showing his power XXL pushes them all off of him with a mighty roar! The fans go crazy, and meanwhile as this happens, Genesis regains his composure. When he gets back to his feet, he looks over to see just who it was who bailed him out.

XXL simply nods, and the next thing you know, both men are throwing haymakers at all of the XCW goons, laying out one after another and slowly tossing each and every one of them out of the ring.

Matt: Genesis and XXL are cleaning house!!!

Unfortunately, neither of them could get their hands on Damian, as he quickly fled the ring with Loki as soon as the lumber was being thrown. They stood only a few steps out the ring, backpedaling up the ramp as the last man was sent flying over the top rope. That left only Genesis, XXL and Mr. Gallas in the ring now, being showered by cheers from the fans. XXL called for a microphone.

Hey! Don't think you're done yet, boys. Early on tonight, Mike ROach & Sarah Warfield said there would be two XWA vs. XCW matches tonight. I think we have ourselves the majority principles of the men's match...Genesis...and me!!!

Buzz: Talk about an unlikely alliance! Genesis & XXL?

You can head back there and find two partners...hopefully they are as pathetic as all of these chumps, and meet the two of us in this ring later tonight. We'll have ourselves a third partner by then, and then we can give you a truly "warm" welcome into this ring!

He leaned forward on the ropes, looking out to the aisle as he waited for a nod from Damian...
