As the Soul Survivor PPV continued on, two of the three GMs of the XWA were now in the ring. It was rumored that a major announcement was to be made tonight, and now it was time for Sarah Warfield & Mike Roach to make things official.

Ladies and Gentlemen...tonight, Sarah and I have an announcement to make that will directly impact both the TakeDown and Glitter brands here in the XWA. Now, over the course of the last few months, our shows have been abruptly interrupted by those of the organization known as XCW- Xtraordinary Championship Wrestling.

The fans begin to hiss at the mention of this rival promotion, though some actually cheer as well.

It's gone to the point where they, as you all have seen in the past, attacked our talent, putting the likes of Kayn on the shelf with a concussion. Now, rather than take legal action...Sarah and I decided to ourselves, why not "kill them with kindness" instead?

That's why as of tonight, XCW has been granted an official invitation to compete against the TakeDown & Glitter rosters for the remainder of this season.

With a mic in her hands, Sarah elaborates on the controversial decision.

Now, this decision didn't come without a lot of thought and planning going into, because we are putting a lot at stake here...but in the end it all comes down to one thing. Competition.

XCW has a burning desire right now to upstage all of the work that the XWA has put in to establishing itself as a force in the wrestling industry, so we thought it'd customary to put that all on the line where it of course matters more than any conference call or board negotiation...in this very ring!

So tonight, as per some recent happenings over on XCW's show, we're going to have ourselves a special gauntlet match. Mr. Brown of XCW will be facing each member of TNN one-on-one until either him or they are defeated.

In addition, there will be two 6 Person Tag matches tonight, one for the guys and one for the girls. On one side you will have any three members of XCW's roster, and on the other, any 3 XWA Combatants or Diamonds alike. Any one on either TD or Glitter is eligible, all they need to do is ask, and they're in...

And just as the official word is made, some formerly uninvited guests arrive on the scene.
