Whoa whoa, Fabby. Where’s the common courtesy? Huh, why so official? How about a ‘Hi Chris, How’s it going?’ or a ‘How was your trip here Chris?’ What’s got you so het up tonight?
Well, this is a big night, a big opportunity for you, and I wanted your thoughts. I mean, you’re going into the biggest event so far this year, one of the biggest opportunities of your career with the worst win-loss record in the XWA…
Yeah, and you know what that says Fabiola? It says that someone in this company recognises potential, someone in this company recognises that never mind results or t-shirt sales, or how many ‘I Love You’ signs there are in the crowd, some people sell tickets, some people represent an investment in the future of this industry and ‘The Ace’ is one of those people.

You have more? [Dynamite smirks and puts and arm round Fabiola] Are viewing figures for your sections down a bit Fabby? Cos you and I seem to spending a lot of time together recently. Are you trying to get screen time with the hottest young property in the company? Hmmm?
Dynamite gives a playful nod and a grin, but Fabiola unimpressed shrugs him off,
No. I was more wanting your reaction to the fact that there are people backstage here tonight who don’t think you’re worth your place in this tournament. What do you think of that?
What do I think of that? What sort of question is that? I… [He snatches the mic] Give me that! I’ll tell you what, you want my thoughts? You stand there and look ‘pretty’ and I’ll conduct this interview.
So Chris, how do you react to people saying you can’t cut it? Well, to be honest, I find it laughable. Anyone can see that my matches and my segments are among the hottest TV moments of recent times, and clearly those who make the matches have recognised that.
But it must be frustrating for someone of your ability to have suffered that start you have? Well yes, but you know what they say, ‘Form in Temporary, but Class is Permanent’ and all these people will come to see that Chris Dynamite is pure class.
So with that in mind do you have a particular plan for tonight? Well it’s very simple, tonight is all about opportunity. So the lights will dim, the music will hit, the crowd will go wild, and the viewing figures will go through the roof. My opponent, whoever it is, will stand there basking in the spotlight which they’re being lent, and once again the wrestling industry’s premier ‘Showstealer’ will grab the spotlight, and snatch the show from right under the noses of all those doubters and naysayers. And once again the question on everyone’s lips will be ‘Did you see Chris Dynamite?’
