Parking lot confrontation (invite)

The club had started to get boring as the night went on. Romeo wasn’t simply enjoying himself so he decided it would be a good idea to just leave before he was to bore himself out anymore. So back to the parking lot he went to get in his car and head back to his hotel suite. As he made his way to his Lancer, he felt as though he was being followed. Romeo didn’t like this feeling at all because of the night he was ambushed by MG and TNN. As he walked he kept prepared just in case he would have to defend himself. Soon enough he was within a couple feet from his car. This was when someone had stepped out from the shadows.

[browne]

Howdy partner.

Nate steps from the shadows, and blocks Romeo path to his car. He folds his arms across his chest, and chuckles.

Long time now see, eh brother? Remember all the good times we had?

I don't.

[Romeo Davis]

Romeo shakes his head as Nathan Browne steps out and blocks his path to his car. He didn’t have time to deal with him.

Oh yeah man, those were great times. Pfft, yeah right. What do ya’ want from me?

You make it out like I'm going to jump you. Like I'm an animal. On the contrary, I'm a rather calm person.. If I like you, of course.

Nate chuckles again. This time it wasn't a typical chuckle. It was the type of chuckle you heard from the movies. The one the psycho killer did before slaying an innocent bystander.

But don't get me wrong. Just because I have a problem with you, doesn't mean I'll attack you right here and right now. I'm feeling good. I don't feel like getting a lawsuit for stomping you a new one outside of the ring. And honestly, what will that prove in the long run? Those thugs did it to you. They're still nothing special.

Me on the other hand? I'm more than MG and his goons.

Correct Nathan, that will make you nothin’ more than what they are. It really wouldn’t prove any point if you did jump me right here right now like ya’ said. It would pretty much just show me how much of a coward ya’ are if ya’ did. But I know that you’re smarter than that bro. I know you are the type of person that would wanna fight fair in the ring. Romeo tries to make a move to his car but Nathan didn’t allow it.

Try and go anywhere and I'll fucking break you.

Nathan pushes his long hair back out of his eyes, and glares at Romeo.

I just want to talk, Romeo. You don't even give me the time of day anymore. We're really growing apart. It's ruining us, man!

Nathan scoffs.

No but honestly? We need to talk. It's a little something that's been eating away at me for awhile. The New Sensation, hmm?

What ‘bout the New Sensation? Why has it been eatin’ away at you bro? Ya’ know that I was the one that deserved it man. Wait, do ya’ think that you were supposed to be the one to get it? I mean I ain’t gonna say anything ‘bout it cause I know that I worked hard and deserved it. Ya’ really shouldn’t let this bother ya,’ especially at this point man. Now excuse me.

Romeo once again tried to move toward his car but was denied once more.

What I don't get is how I was overlooked. You're talking to a man who fought for the World Championship. That proves I'm the future. I would have won, but I got my chance in a huge death contraption that didn't favour me.

You're looking at the future, Romeo. It bugs me that I was overlooked. You only get one chance at that, and I do believe I was screwed.

Man, it ain’t all ‘bout you getting’ in that World title match. It’s more than that man. Other than that match, ya’ really didn’t do anything that caught my eye. I have to say it, but it’s true man. Ya’ see me on the other hand did other things too. I started off the season right and I nearly fought for my life goin’ against Primo and his group of people. I beat a lot of top superstars and at the end of the season I captured the Pure title. Now that I believe is deservin’ of some kind of award. So if ya’ really think ya’ deserved an award then why don’t ya’ show that ya’ do man.

I didn't do anything to catch your eye, yet every little thing you do is something that you believe makes you stand out. And I thought I was a narcissist..

Good job. You barely made it past Primo. While you did that, I roughed up Micheal Xavier, one of wrestlings best, to the point where he quit. Have you seen him kicking around, after I rammed all his pride down his throat? Nope. I killed his career. So while you struggled with a man, I succeeded in crushing one.

I'm good to prove that you're a fraud. When the time comes, I'll stomp you the new one that you deserve.

Wait so you’re tryin’ to tell me that you beatin’ one guy to the point where he hasn’t come back makes you deservin’ of some award. Ha, ya’ know what Nathan, I don’t have time to deal wit’ this right now. You are still caught up wit’ how ya’ didn’t win the award. While someone else would have put it in the past and worked harder the next season, you come to me to bitch and moan ‘bout it. So if ya’ really think I’m a fraud then so be it. It ain’t gonna stop me from doin’ what I do. But if ya’ wanna try and prove to me that you are something then why don’t ya’ bring it bro?

Romeo stands there waiting to see if Nathan would do anything. After moments of waiting, nothing happens and Romeo speaks up again.

That’s what I thought man. If ya’ wanna do something ‘bout it then I’ll meet ya’ in the ring at some point. There you can show me what ya’ got. Peace.

After the last statement from Romeo, he walked past Nathan Browne and entered his Lancer. He revved the engine a couple times before shifting into first gear and pulling out of the parking lot. Somewhere down the road these two would meet again.
