Although he was narrowly defeated by Lionel Xander at Madness, "Wild Thing" James Bowen was hanging out at a New York City nightclub, where he and his fellow XWA superstars often hang out. He was at the bar, checking out the dance floor full of women.
James: Hey man, give me one bottle of Michelob Light.
Bartender: Not a good night for you, eh?
James: No, it's a pretty decent night for me.
James gave the bartender money to pay for his drink, as he looks on.

It was an exciting night for Romeo as he had successfully defended his Pure title against the man that had caused him a lot of trouble during the weeks leading into March Madness. He finally had given MG what he had coming to him by beating him in the match earlier. Right now though it was time to enjoy himself which is why he was at the local nightclub. He was dressed in a black button down shirt and faded blue jeans. He had his hair tied back and was feeling good. He had made his way to the bar area and had located James Bowen who had just ordered himself a beer. What’s good James?

James: Everything's fine, Romeo. I can't get the draft out of my mind, and I came close to being victorious tonight. I always know how to push people beyond their limits.

Man, I think the draft is on everyone’s mind cause you don’t know where you’re gonna be. Only certain superstars know where they’re gonna end up like me for instance. I believe that since I am the Pure champion, that would put be on Takedown since the Pure title is a Takedown title. You will prolly end up on Overload cause you wanna join in on the No Limits division fun. But man wherever ya’ end up you’ll be fine, just continue the hard work ethic.Romeo turns over to the bartender and orders himself a bottle of Samuel Adams. The bartender slides the bottle of beer down to Romeo’s seat. Romeo picks up the bottle and takes a sip before setting it back down in front on him.

James: I alway do, Romeo, because I learned a long time ago, winning and losing isn't everything. If it is, you would be miserable.

Yeah bro I hear what you are sayin.’
Romeo takes a quick swig of his Sam Adams. He takes a look out onto the dance floor. There really weren’t too many people there. It was kind of early so not too many people were expected to show up yet. He returns his attention back to James Bowen.
Damn man, where’s everybody at?

James: I don't know, man; this place is usually kickin' by now.

Yeah well I hope that it starts kickin’ soon cause I came out to celebrate. I gave that dude MG what he had comin’ to him. The dude almost kept me out of action for a long time. I’ll him talk all he wanted and I let him free to do his thing up until March Madness where I knew I would get my hands on him one on one. But yeah, I’m not gonna bore ya’ wit’ that stuff.
Romeo picks up the bottle of beer and begins drinking from it until it was empty. He placed the empty bottle back down on the table.
So man, what are your plans for the rest of the XWA season?

James: Well, since I'm now drafted to Overload, I want to go after their Light Heavyweight title here, the No Limits title.

Sounds like a good goal to me bro. As long as you keep your head straight I think that you’ll be able to achieve it easily. My goal right now is simple, defend my title wit’ all I got. I mean it’s gonna be tough to continue to defend it but I’m down for any challenge.
As Romeo finished what he was saying, more people started to show up to the nightclub. It was starting to be an actual club. The D.J. spinning the tunes turned the music a little louder.
Now this is what I’m talkin’ ‘bout. Now this place is bumpin.’
