Following his loss the Lionel Xander, Dyanmite stalked through the backstage area, furious with himself and the outcome. He couldn’t get his head round how he had failed to come out on top again. As he prowled towards the locker room Fabiola, approached him,
Chris Dynamite…Can I have a get a word from you?
Dynamite stopped in his tracks, sighed and turned slowly,
What? There you go, that’s a word. Job done!
He started to turn away again, but Fabiola stepped up to him and thrust the mic in his face,
No, not quite. You see, I was just wondering how two consecutuive losses in your first two matches has affected your confidence
Dynamite was, for once, lost for words, there was no easy comeback to that. He forced a smirk,
Do I look like someone who has a confidence problem? Seriously? No, I’ll come back from this like I have from any other problem, because that’s what separates people like me, from the general masses.
Dynamite turned away, looking to get away before Fabiola exposed him any more, but she wasn’t done
But, surely two losses and no wins must put a dent in your initial plans...I’m guessing this isn’t how you planned it…?
Oh yeah, very bloody observant! Of course it’s not how I damn planned it, I didn’t intend to be a figure of amusement for the dregs of New York society in my first two shows, and I didn’t intend to be pinned by two so called ‘veterans’ who I wouldn’t normally give a second thought!
But you were. So my question to you…

Yes, my question is, where do you go from here?
Dynamite sighed, and looked straight at her. He didn’t have that answer, but wasn’t about to admit that,
Onward and upwards, towards the sort of heights never scaled…You know what Fabby, where I’m going is none of your damn business. Just watch and wait like everyone else…
Hmmm…one final question; Do you think ever worry that the way you run your mouth, then lose, might make you look a bit ridiculous and stop people taking you seriously, which could have a negative effect on your career?!
Dyanmite just glared at Fabiola. It was all he could do to try and keep his temper in check, he shoved the mic away from him, and stormed off.
There were other wrestlers heading towards him, he glared at them and tried to storm past…

Romeo had been walking around the area coming from the medical wing. His wrist had started to bother him a bit but it surely wasn’t going to keep him out of action at all. So currently he had and ice bag wrapped onto his wrist. As he was walking he seemed to brush shoulders with someone. Usually Romeo would keep his head down and accidentally bump into someone, but this time that wasn’t the case. It seemed as if this man did it on purposed because well he looked angry and he was also rushing. When Romeo turned to see who it had been, he noticed that it was a newcomer, Chris Dynamite. Eh bro, there was no need for that. I know that ya mad that you lost again tonight, but don’t be takin’ your anger out on people that ain’t even done anything. It’s only two losses man. You’ll bounce back at some point. |

Dynamite paused for a second before turning to face the guy he'd bumped into...
Do I...
Spinning and finding himself face to face with Romeo Davis, he stopped for a minute. With the match a few minutes behind him, his usual self confidence began to reassert itself as he calmed down... Dynamite looked down and sighed,
sorry, not exactly watching where i was going!
As he looked at Romeo Davis, Dynamite remembered he'd claimed he could outdo Davis' Rookie year, he smirked as he studied the Pure Champ,
Not exactly been on my game, and its playing on my mind!
He wasn't about to admit he was letting things get to him, Chris leans against the wall, and changes the subject...
Sooooo Mr Davis, hows your season so far, and your battle with MG? He looks at Davis' wrist and raises an eyebrow And what have you done to your hand hmmm?

kelon was walking around with his brand new TNN t-shirt on he goes around the corner to spot Romeo Davis and Chris Dynamite. He comes into their face

My season, it’s goin’ aight I guess. I mean both Evan and I lost to MG and Sushi-X earlier tonight but it’s cool. I’m fine wit’ it. I mean ya do win some and ya do lose some. Right now MG’s got the edge over me headin’ into March Madness. He’s gonna talk a lot of smack and well he can cause he did pull of a victory but that’s gonna help me out. He’s gonna be so caught up with the recent win, he’s not gonna be focused on March Madness.Romeo quickly looked down at his wrist after Chris had made a comment about it. I injured it last season in a match pretty early on. Then right before the off-season MG and his lil’ goon buddies came and attacked me after the awards show. They nearly broke my wrist. I have to say that I am lucky that they didn’t or else I’d still be out nursing this injury.As Romeo finished his last statement Kelon had entered the scene. Yo playa, you don’t even know what ya sayin’. Jus’ stop talkin’ to save yourself. You think cause you’re in TNN now that you can talk a big game? That’s funny bro. You don’t have to come over here tellin’ me ‘bout what MG wants. All I know is that he wants an ass kickin’ and that’s what he’s gonna get.

Leaning against the wall, Dynamite watched the exchange between Romeo and Kelon. After Romeo's response he grinned and turned to face the Rastaman,
You and me at March Madness? Well i suppose i could do worse than whupping TNN's new cabana boy around Madison Square Garden! I'll be there, and expecting you. That is, if your boss lets you turn up!
He turns to Romeo Davis,
And you, Mr Romeo Davis, i heard you'd been jumped...Very careless! [Laughs] But Im assuming your looking forward to your payback when it comes, things have a habit of going in circles! But I haven't forgotten that i promised to outdo you this year. So you never know, this may well not be the last you see of me!
Dynamite grinned as he leaned there surveying the scene...

Oh trust me, I am lookin’ forward to that payback and well I get it at March Madness. I get MG one on one in a Pure Rules match where there ain’t no runnin’ away. Once the night is over there will be no point in dealin’ wit’ him anymore cause there will be nothing left of him when the night is over.Romeo removed the bag of ice from his wrist and tossed it in the trash nearby. He then continued talking to Chris. Now onto that last comment ya made. Ya did say that you were gonna outdo my rookie year and I have to say that I ain’t impressed right ‘bout now. It’s cool though cause I know at some point you will step up your game. I mean if ya don’t that would mean that you are all talk and no game. That’s something ya don’t wanna be man. The next time I see ya, things better be different. Haha, I’m sure you’ll figure out what you are doin’ wrong and you’ll start doin’ better in the ring. It’s gonna start wit’ March Madness I’m sure of cause I’m mean you are facin’ Kelon. He ain’t even that good so show me something.

James: Yeah Chris, every rookie needs some guidance, to learn from their mistakes. That's what I usually call Wrestling 101.
James then went over to Romeo.
James: Hey Romeo. It looks like you're doing good. I just got dumped by Kelon, but I'm ready to join you in your war against MG and TNN.

Well Ill bear wrestling 101 in mind 'Wild Thing', dont worry I'll learn from my mistakes. I didnt get to this level by making them twice!
Dynamite grins and turns to Romeo Davis,
And as for your assessment of my debuts, believe me, you're not the only one who's unimpressed by my season so far. But as the saying goes 'Form is temporary, but class is permanent.' Ill come good when the time comes, and prove that I'm far from all talk! But for now, Ill wish you two luck in your battles with MG, and see you around!
With a grin, and a laugh Dynamite spun away and headed towards the locker room.

Romeo looked over at James Bowen as he entered the scene. He had mentioned that he was ready to join him in taking out TNN. The fight right now was between MG and Romeo and once March Madness was over, it would be over. Romeo had already gotten his revenge over TNN and now it was time to get his revenge on MG. Bowen man, thanks for the help but I’m gonna end this myself. I’m not in any war against TNN. Nah, I did what I needed to do against TNN and now it’s MG’s turn. This is purely between the two of us. I’m gonna let him be merry ‘bout his win earlier tonight but come March Madness, he ain’t gonna be so merry. I’ll catch ya later though bro.Romeo gives Bowen a head nod and continues on his way back to his locker room to get cleaned up. |

James thought to himself that Romeo's going to be outnumbered.
James: He's going to be outnumbered, if TNN is going to be there. I can't stand to see somebody get outnumbered like this. I'll be at March Madness as well.
