Overload was live from the Prudential Center. As the pyro ends, the entrance theme of the most decorated alliance in wrestling today begins to play. The crowd breaks out into a chorus of boos, as Scott O'Dell and Bryan Jasta all step out from backstage.
Tony: Ladies and gents, say hello to what's easily the most intimidating force in all of wrestling. I still can't believe that three men like them can find common ground.
Willy: Of course they can, when that common ground is total domination.
The trio of men had made there way to the ring. Mics were supplied for all three, ans Scott takes point in the address.
Last week, Jasta, Primo and I fired the 1st shot in a war against the establishment. A war against "business as usual". And that shot I'm sure was heard loud...and clear. Last week, the Upper Echelon of wrestling was formed. And the wrestling world will never be the same as result. You see, even men of greatness can, and will band together for the same cause. And as we said last week, our cause is simple. To turn Pro Wrestling on it's ear. To show the so called "greats" that they're not so great afterall. To take our spots where we rightfully belong, the top of this business. And given the opposition, I doubt anyone's gonna stop us. Adam. Osh. How're you guys doin', eh? I'm sure you've licked your wounds and are real eager to amend the beating me and Jasta gave you last week. Or shall I say, the beating Jasta gave you. Watching the man work is like a thing of beauty. It's like watching Picasso paint the Mona Lisa. There's something to be said when I, Scott O'Dell...doesn't even have to lift a finger in a Tornado Tag match to win it.
Scott leaves the floor open for Jasta to respond next.

Jasta raises his mic with a grin of his own and speaks.
I've heard the stories. I've done the research. The legendary "Equalizer". Osh Vaughn, you've been around a long time. You've done a lot of things in this business. You've been the hero. You've been the villain. You've been a World Champion. You've been comic relief. And now, you've been the latest man to fall victim...to me. You see Vaughn, there are many men who call themselves a measuring stick. But none of them hold a candle to me. A fact that these boys still refuse to accept. The men of XWA, no matter what accomplishments they may achieve, are still chasing the three men who stand in this ring. We are the benchmarks of the industry. The mere mention of our names causes people to turn their heads and look over their shoulders. Osh, last week was nothing compared to what's in store for you and Devlin this week. It's well documented that you and Scott have had you differences for months. But tonight, Scott's not you problem. I AM. I'm going to do to you, the same thing I've done to man after man in this ring. Break your mind...Break your body...and break your spirit. When you step in the ring with Scott, there might not me much left of you for him to break a sweat against.

Scott raises his mic to add...
That leaves you and me, Adam. For the 1st time ever in our careers, You and me...one on one...in the center of this ring. Most folks would say it's a long time coming. The two XWA Originals, locked into battle. But let's stop kidding ourselves. You and I are in no way, shape, form or fashion on the same playing field...nor are we on the same level. Just look at our resumes the last three years, Adam. Speaks for itself. And I'll be honest, I'm going to enjoy every single moment of beating your ass for pillar to post. After tonight's done, there's going to be no doubts in anyone's mind that we mean business. Adam. Osh. Tonight, you step in the ring with the best, and you go down like the rest.
Scott lowers his mic, having finished what he had to say. He nods to Jasta and the make to leave the ring, however...they weren't going to get off that easily. Their exit is cut off by the entrance theme of on of the two men in question.

[shadow=red,left,300]It was the entrance theme of "The Equalizer". The fans rise to their feet as Osh Vaugn steps out from backstage. Sporting his signature shades and a stylish black Business Suit, Osh stands at the stage with a mic of his own. As over 19,500 fans cheer him on, Osh raises his mic and delivers a heated response to both men in the ring.[/shadow]
Pretty impressive, gentlemen. Prit-tee impressive. I mean, what more that can be said? Last week, you did a number on us. We came into the match riding a wave of emotion, and you capitalized on that. You exploited it. And you got the W as result. Congratulations, fellas.
[shadow=red,left,300]Osh pauses to give both men a small round of applause, then continues his response.[/shadow]
But that's where my congratulations end. You see boys, it's one thing to be able to beat me. It's another thing all together to be able to break me. And try as so many over the years have, it can't be done. I'm a survivor. Some would say a relic, but this relic is still going strong, and still better then guys in the game half his age. Jasta, it's safe to say that you took it to both of us last week. I've stepped in the ring with a lot of guys. And a lot of fierce competitors. But I can honestly say with now qualms that last week I took one of the worst ass kickings of my career at your hands. And that doesn't sit well with me. But you see, Jasta. I don't get mad, and I don't get even.
I EQUALIZE.
[shadow=red,left,300]Than fans continue to cheer the veteran on.[/shadow]
When the odds are against me, I level them. When it takes a feat above and beyond needed to succeed, I go beyond even that. What I'm trying to say is...I'm at my best when my back is against the wall. When I'm pushed to my limit, that limit goes further then what most guys can handle. I'm not one of these guys who fold under pressure. I rise to the occasion. And against you, a man who's as O'Dell stated last week has lost 4 matches in 3 years, is definitely a pressure situation. But I like pressure situations. If you think you're going come out here later tonight and run me down, Jasta...then we need to fire up some Twisted Sister, because you've got another thing comin'.
[shadow=red,left,300]Osh lowers his mic, and awaits the next response.[/shadow]

Jasta moves closer to the ropes facing the stage. He brings up his mic and responds to the words of Vaughn.
Another thing coming, you say? The last thing I do, my friend...is under estimate an opponent. You don't get to where I am by counting out the men you step in the ring with. Which is the reason why I yet to be beaten soundly. Because I go into every match the same way. It doesn't matter if I'm facing a season veteran or a wet behind the ears rookie. The goal when the bell rings is the same...destroy the man standing in front of me. You only got a sample of what pain I can administer in this ring last week. You may have faced a great many foes in your time in the game, but I can promise you that you never have OR ever will face a man like me. Your XWA baptism is tonight, Vaughn. And it will be a baptism by BLOOD. I might not be able to crush your will to fight, or your will to survive. But I will show you 1st hand why I am, and always will be the most dangerous man in wrestling. So bring that confidence to the ring, my friend. You'll need every ounce of it if you want to walk out of this building on your own power.
