The name of the game (Ames, Aces, Stelios)

Backstage during Overload, Kaster Troy enters the men's locker room. Already inside, gearing up for battle was one Cory Stelios. Kaster walks up to him, giving him a tap on the shoulder to draw his attention.

Alright, Stelios. Tonight, it's you and me in a Tornado Tag match against my old friend Johnny Aces, and the loud mouthed punk Jimmy Ames. Now I know both guys pretty well. Aces and me go way back, and Ames? Well...we've had our differences in the past. The only person I can't get a read on in this is you. You're an X-Factor to say the least. And from what I've heard around the bend, you're a loose cannon. Someone who should be trusted as far as once can throw you. The question is, can I trust you to get the job done tonight, or am I pretty much walking into a two on one match?

With baited anticipation, Kaster waits for Cory's response.

[stelios]

Cory turns to Kaster with an amused grin on his face. After giving him a quick once over, Cory answers the question.

What? You afraid that I'm gonna walk out on you and leave to the hill billies? You can relax that cute lil' Detroit head of yours. If there's one thing I don't like doing, it's losing. And because of that fact, you can rest assured that you...

Cory gives him a hard pat on the shoulder.

...have got nothing to worry about. All ya' gotta do is stay outta my way. You do what you do, I'll do what I do, and in the end, we'll be the ones with our hands raised. Simple as that. I'll see ya' in the ring.

Giving a weaselly grin, Cory walks past Kaster, exiting the locker room.

Kaster watches as Stelios leaves. He wasn't much of a trusting person to start with, and being paired up with Cory Stelios, a man known for not only stabbing people in the back, but twisting the knife as well left him a little unsettled. But still, there was a more important task at hand. All four of them where X-Gen competitors, and a match like this would help either side gain ground in what was fast becoming XWA most competitive division. Kaster gives a slight smirk to Cory's words as Overload goes to a short break.
