As the fans await what would come next on an already action packed Glitter season premiere, the all to familiar entrance theme of the duo from Japan begins to play.
Travis: You knew it was only a matter of time before these two would make an appearance.
Lucy: Without a doubt Glitter's most dominant pair. Holders of Two of Glitter's four titles, and members of The Black Diamonds. I don't think anything more needs to be said about them.
Ina Morifuji and Rangiku "Bull" Nagano. Transplants from Japan who in their short time in XWA rose to dominance. They make their march from the stage to the ring draped in "gold", having both the Sapphire Titles and the Onyx Title in their possession. The duo enter the ring, and as the boos continue to be heard, Ina is handed a mic.
When Bull Nagano and I made our way here to XWA, we came believing that we would find the best possible competition in the world. Instead, we came to find nothing but a bunch of materialistic, uncultured, unskilled tramps. The Diamonds of XWA are supposed to be the best the world has to offer. If this is the case, I shutter to imagine how dismal the rest of the world's competition is in comparison. Bull Nagano and I have dominated all we have faced in this ring. And we have no doubt that we will continue to do so this season. If you don't believe us, by all means...find someone to prove us wrong. Tonight, we stand in this ring with two individual challenges.
1st off...tonight...Bull Nagano is offering the chance of a lifetime to one "lucky" Diamond. Tonight, she issues a challenge to ANY Diamond, be you a top contender or one of the presumable failures. Tonight, you get an opportunity to stand in the ring with the most dominant female in wrestling today. And should you by the sheer grace of the gids actually manage to defeat her, Bull Nagano will grant you no questions asked...a shot at the Onyx Title next week. A fitting reward to any woman bold, skilled or brave enough to face her.
Lucy: That's quite the challenge. But when you're the size of Bull Nagano I guess you can throw your weight around.
Travis: Nice choice of words. Man, I still can't get over the size of her. She's frickin bigger then some of the MEN in XWA. WOW!!!
However, as I said, we have two challenges to be issued tonight. The next challenge, is one of my own. In my time here in XWA, I've faced and defeated some of the so called best there is to face. Sayuri Irabu. Sara Beck. Chloe Lockheart. Kim Hunter. Women who are touted as being at the top of their game. But their game obviously wasn't better then mines. I've come to the realization that there's only one female in XWA worthy of my skill. Worthy of my challenge. That woman, is the woman widely regarded as the best pound for pound female wrestler on the planet. That woman...
Is Heather Fierhart.
The reaction from the crowd was ear popping.
Travis: Heather Fierhart? Now THAT'S what I call a bold challenge!
The time has come for "The Queen" to step off of her throne and be challenged. I whole heartily don't know why any of these so called "Competitors" have had the courage to challenge you, outside of the fear of them being exposed for the shambles of wrestlers they truly are. Tonight, I challenge you...one warrior to another...to a duel of skill in this ring. You've sat on the sidelines long enough. And the only way for me to solidify my place amongst the best, is to beat the best. And tonight I start from the top, and work my way down.
Travis: You wanna talk about a culture clash? This is going to be great! Ina Vs. Heather...two of the most technically sound, athletic females to step in a ring. I'm predicting a five star classic.
As Ina & Bull stand in the ring, the theme of one of their would be challengers begins to play.

***Darling by Eyes Set to Kill was heard throughout the arena, though Kim already had a challenger lined up, she could not be basically pass this up. She beat her once and guaranteed she would again. Just to make things interesting, she had an idea.***
Listen Bull, I know I have a challenger but that's because I didn't think a pathetic piece of trash like you had the GALL to put that title on the line, especially in a week. That being said, I have a little proposition for you.......that is, if you aren't afraid.
You think that any Diamond and I mean any Diamond can't take you on, let me see, I've taken you on and won. Here's my idea though I know that I already have a challenge with Ver or Vlad, whatever the fuck her name is it starts with V.......BUT if you give me that chance I promise I will follow through on it, and give you the fight of your life. Think about it Bull, I'll already be all sore, so it should be perfect pickings for you to tear about now won't it. I guarantee, unless there's a problem with that, yet of course there is that being even if you agree there's certain people higher than us all that won't agree to put this match on the card. That it'll go to someone that doesn't already have a match, well I obviously would've come hunting for you lest I know you'd be a big enough idiot to do something like this.........
Though I should've figured, there's probably not a big brain in that thick skull is there ??

Not to soon after, Type O Negative's "I Don't Want To Be Me" plays the PA. Out from backstage steps Liberty Marin. With a mic of her own, Liberty stands on the stage not to far from where Kim was. Shaking her head at what she'd just heard, she speaks out...first in the direction of Kim.
You know, I didn't want to believe that a person could be that positively pathetic, but low and behold you come out here and show that there really is no low someone can go for the quest of glory. You've already been booked for a match against Veronica Levueax, and here you are, out here begging, pleading and groveling like an attention starved puppy the moment someone throws out a potential title shot. Chicks like you make me sick to my stomach. You're glory whores. Damn if the higher ups don't want the match, these fans don't want it, the gals in the back don't want it, and I don't want it. Sorry to break it to ya', Kimmy...but you missed the boat. And seeing as you already have a match, take a number and hit the bricks.
Liberty then zeros in on Ina & Bull in the ring.
If Bull's looking for a challenger tonight, look no further then right here on THIS side of the stage. Last year, I came within an earshot of being No.1 contender for that title when your Black Diamond playmate Michelle Marx was holding it. And I vowed that when the chance came for me to get another shot, I'd take it. And here it is, you've issued a challenge that if you're defeated tonight, you'll grant the gal who does it an instant title shot next week in Newark. Well guess what? I'm up to the task. I've been waiting a long time to get my shot at you, Nagano. You might be big. You might be strong. You might have a mean streak the size the Long Island Sound, but no one is unbeatable, a fact that miraculously Ms. Congeniality here proved, albeit by the skin of her teeth. So screw the attention whore here, if it's a worthy challenger you want, here I am.
Liberty awaits the next response to come forth.

Bull leans over and whispers something into the ear of Ina. Ina then raises the mic to relay the message.
Ms. Hunter, will wonders ever cease? I think Ms. Lang summed it up, you missed your chance. Instead of preening and boasting about all that you did when confronted by that new girl, perhaps you should have put your priorities into perspective instead of trying to make a show of your new "change of heart". Whether it's you with a chip on your shoulders or sucking up to these fans, in the end you're still be all accounts a fool. And now, you'll have to wait you turn.
Ina then alters her focus to Liberty.
But fear not, because that turn may indeed come regardless. Liberty Marin. "Lady Liberty". For a competitor with such upside as you had coming into XWA, you've certainly not lived up to it much. What have you exactly done? Defeated a pair of inconsequential nobodies? Came three seconds away from potentially being the Number 1 contender for the Onyx Title? Thus far, you've proven nothing in XWA. You've shown flashes of what could be, but have failed to impress. And that includes in our eyes. So now, here you stand...out here to accept a challenge you very well may not be able to follow through. Trust me, Bull Nagano is a about 8 steps up from Daffney Dooley or Kiss Wilmington.
Bull leans in with another whisper.

Liberty, angered by the nonchalant banter, raises her mic and responds.
Silly Gaijin? Amusing? What's gonna be amusing is how bad I kick your big ass tonight, Nagano. The suckiest part about sitting on a High Horse girls, is how much it hurts like a bitch when you get dropkicked off of it. You could be 8 steps up from Zues for all I freakin' care. Call me Kratos them, because I'm coming to slay me a god tonight. Underestimate me and you'll be staring up at those lights wondering what was the license plate number of the truck that just hit you. I'm both physically and mentally ready to take things to the next level. And if it means I've gotta take the "Bull by the horns", fine by me.

Bull folds her arms with a stern scowl. Ina speaks the reply.
So many have claimed to be prepared to face Bull Nagano. And all have failed. Sara Beck, Sayuri Irabu, Anjelyka, Hayley Jonas and the whimpering infidel who tucked her tail between her legs earlier Kim Hunter. All quite skilled. Women who have either been champions or are the caliber of champions. And they all share one common thread. Defeat at the hands of Bull and Myself. And you? You get to be the next on what will be a very, verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry lengthy list come the end of this season. There will be no question who is the most dominant female in wrestling is. Liberty Marin, I admire your determination. But it will not do you any good. Tonight, you will be broken by Bull Nagano, and a clear cut message will be sent to any, and I do mean any Diamond who thinks they have what it takes to stand against her. |

The fans explode in cheer as a familiar voice is heard over the PA. Out from backstage steps none other then Heather Fierhart. With mic in hand, she continues.
Because the only thing saving the fact that I didn't answer Bull's challenge, is that YOU came out here and challenged me, Ina. And come to think of it, I don't blame you. Let's be blunt, Inahime...we both know why you've opted to challenge me. Beating me would give you instant credibility. It would make the wrestling world take notice, if they hadn't already. And I'll give the devil his due, you've done nothing but impress in that ring, especially considering that you weren't even initially signed to be a wrestler. To go from a manager/translator to one half of the Sapphire Champions pretty much tells the tale of what kind of competitor you are. But if you want to talk about tales, go back and look at mines. I won't even talk about my career, because everyone already knows what I've done the last three years. You don't get the nickname "The Queen Of Wrestling" by not bringing your best ever night.
Travis: It's been AGES since we've seen Heather in XWA. Look at her, Lucy...she looks in INCREDIBLE shape. She definitely didn't "Take time off" from the looks of it.
Lucy: Of course not. She's a Fierhart after all.
You see girls, when you hit the part of your career I'm at, having to talk about what you've done is pretty silly. That's what happens when you're 17 years old and already a 10 year veteran in the business So just think about what that means now that I'm 27, eh? This sport is my life, and my lineage. And as the eldest Fierhart female in active competition, I have not only me reputation riding in every match, but the reputation of my whole family. And I'll be damned if I let anyone get over on my reputation. So Ina, Bull's match against Liberty here is the last thing you should be concerned with. You're going to have more then your fair share of action, because you can consider your challenge...accepted. Oh, and Rangiku...

Travis: Th...that was Japanese, right? She speaks Japanese? I never knew she could speak Japanese.
Lucy: Hellooooo...where do you think she learned how to wrestle? Her father Alex Sr. is a legend in America and Japan alike.
Lowering her mic, she awaits an interesting reply.

The usually stoic and devoid of emotion Nagano actually shows a sign of humanity...being ticked off at what Heather had said. She takes a step forward in angst, But Ina manages to hold her at bay. Ina the turns back to Heather for her response.
I don't know whether to be impressed by the fact that you hold your family name with such praise and honor, or to be disgusted by your typical American pride.
Bull suddenly snatches the mic from Ina and shouts...
Aa, patsukin!!! Choudo kigajukusunowomatsu ano heshioru nimo!!!
(Hey Blondie!!! Just wait your turn and I'll break you in half as well!!!)
Ina was kind of shocked at Bull's sudden outburst. It was to be expected...Bull hates Blonds. Ina wrestles the mic back from Bull, who was pretty much seething in her boots, and speaks a final retort.
What Bull means is that in due time, she will just as easily add you to the list of woman she's destroyed in this country. But not before I my fun with you 1st. |

Seeing a flustered Bull Nagano was like watching an award winng Ballet, a thing of beauty. All it took was the fact that Heather, unlike most in XWA...had full mastery of the Japanese language at her disposal. Heather raises her mic for her last response.
I know good and damn well what she said, Inahime. She needs to be careful what she asks for, because she may very well get it. As for you, you WILL get it. And when it happens, you'll "get it". There's an old saying that goes "When the cat's away, the mice will play." Well unfortunately for you and a lot of the other girls, The cat's back. And playtime's over.
As she lowers her mic, her theme hits the PA. On a night that had already been filled with fireworks, a potential inferno was now in the midst of erupting. Glitter goes into commercial break.
End.
