Back Where We Started (Amber, Fury, Baby)

Glitter returns from commercial, and the sound the song "bad girl" begins to play to a roar of boos because that means that the former Diamond Champion, not to mention one of the most infamous femmes in the company was about to make her presence known and felt.

Channelle steps out from backstage as you'd guess, looking like she was walking down Rodeo Drive and not down the ramp to the ring.

Rose: Now you can say what you want to about Channelle Valencia, but the fact is that she has put herself in the top rung of the women's wrestling world...as the saying goes...by hook or crook. She's looking fabulous tonight though, she always does...but it's just that attitude on her!

Lucy: That's a woman who knows and believes that she's all that Rosey. There's nothing wrong with being confident, but I agree with you, she does tend to take it too far. I doubt we'll see her turning over a new leaf this year.

Ms. Valencia was donning the ubiquitous "little black skirt" that pretty much frames all of her curves. With some sexy little open toes heels, she had every man frothing at the mouth at her, even knowing full well that the woman was a total bitch. So arrogant she is, that as she climbed the steps to the apron, she demanded that the ring announcer open the ropes for her to step into the ring. He obliges be it out of lust or fear, and she extends her hand towards his microphone which he also hands to her generously.

Channelle makes a motion with her hand gracefully to tell the groveling wretch to shoo away, and then she's standing in the middle of the ring being showered by her public's "adoration".

It's just sooooonice to know that you've all missed me so much...

Channelle's sarcasm only incites more booing from the fans in the arena.

...the feeling is more than mutual! Now, here we are again, another season of XWA begun and the season premiere of Glitter. That could only mean that it's time for me to pick up right where I left off in 2008. That was a good year for me all in all.

Rose: You'd be hard-pressed to disagree with that statement.

While everyone else either doubted or hated on me, I single handedly took the bull by the horns and rode it for all that it was worth. I proved to every one of you little idiots out here, and all of the bigger ones in the back that you don't have to be cut from a mold to be somebody in this company.

There's never been anything cookie cutter about me my little darlings. I have been and always will be Ms. Glamourlicious, and sooner or later...more sooner than later, I will reclaim my spot on top of the wrestling world to go with the fact that I'm still on top of the real world!

Enough about me though.

Lucy: I never thought I'd hear those words come out of her mouth...

Tonight is the night that we hit the "reset" button. Tonight is the night that a wrong is set right, and right in this very ring. But before we get into that, allow me to reintroduce you to a woman who much like me, appreciates the finer things in life, and also much like maintains a high standard in everything she does.

Allow me to reintroduce to you...Jenna "Baby" Slade!

And with the announcement out of the way, we await the arrival of Baby...

...and her theme song "Promiscuous Girl" begins to play on cue. Jenna Slade then comes out from backstage to join her new BFF inside of the ring.

Rose: Well, Jenna Slade, also known as Baby came to the XWA late last year. We know that she's linked closely to Robby Sylk and that she was his valet at one time, you could say to this day now even. But now, it appears that she's been added to the XWA's roster officially as a Diamond.

Jenna was all about playing games with the fans. It was so easy it seemed to toy with them. That's what happens when you know you've got looks that kill, even if they know that you'd never ever touch you. She wore to the ring this sinful two piece sequined ensemble-a top that was cut low and a skirt that was cut high with some 8 inch...that's right...8 inch heels.

Lucy: Oh my god, how does she even walk down the ramp with those heels on! 4 inches are as high as I've ever gone.

Rose: (drooling) Uh...huh? What did you say?

Lucy: (Sighs) Men. Wipe yourself off will you?

Joining Channelle in the ring now, her fellow Californian hands her the microphone.

What you have here in this ring right now, is probably more woman than any normal man could ever handle, and damn sure more than any Diamond. Channelle said something about hitting the "reset" button tonight. Well over the off-season, we talked business...and the end result of that was that she and I now have a whole new arrangement, agenda and goal here in the X-Dub.

Together, she and I are now Viewer Discretion's C.O.A.!!!

Rose: Viewer Discretion? You mean that Channelle has become a part of Sylk's new look VD?

Lucy: That's a little surprising since I never thought of Channelle as the type to play well with others. But what does C.O.A. stand for?

For those who want to know, that stands for "Centers Of Attention". Let's just face it, that's precisely what we are! I see all of you guys out there just drooling over us, wishing that you could have yourself a double dip of creamy vanilla...

(Running her hand down the side of one of her long, luscious legs.)

...and knowing that you'll never get it in your life! Ha Ha!!!

Rose: Oh, I'm just fine looking over here. No complaints.

Now that I've told you who we are, I'll tell you what we want, or should I say who we want. Two certain women who go by the names of Amber Gianni and Jamie Fury!

The crowd pops when she says the names of two-thirds of the Sensationals.

Oh yeah, they're so "sensational" aren't they? So great that they defeated us last year at XGAMES by that attention whore Gianni making me...a woman who at the time had little actual in-ring experience...tap out. Really cute Amber.

Lucy: I didn't think she'd be too happy about that.

But like we said already, tonight we hit reset. Tonight, I'm coming in as a full fledged Diamond having trained all off-season long with Robby, so you had better believe that tonight is going to be different. In this ring right here, we want the two of you in a rematch of XGAMES!

Rose: Wow, that would be another big tag team match here tonight!

We know that you're back there. I demand you two show your ugly faces right now, even if I might regret it later.


And now, the floor was waiting for the arrival of either the Pearl Champ or the 2008 Diamond Xtraordinaire.

[Jamie Fury]

The crowd comes to their feet when Erykah Badu's hit "Honey" plays over the PA. That means that the first to come out was going to be the Diamond Dominator herself to respond to C.O.A., and there was a great deal of excitement in the air.

Rose: 2008's Diamond Xtraordinaire is in the house. What a year it was for Jamie Fury last year, huh Lucy?

Lucy: From a first year Diamond to Diamond Xtraordinaire in a single season? Yeah, I'd say that's a good season. She's a shining example of what determination gets you in this business.

Jamie's street clothes as was the usual case was less provocative than the women in the ring, a denim top buttoned up just enough that you could see the "Fury-Flesh Bombs" with matching jeans and black high heeled boots. In her hand already was a mic, so she used her free hand to high five and greet as many of the fans as she could down the ramp to the ring.

She steps right into the ring even with two rivals the caliber of Channelle and Jenna, knowing the chance of a two-on-one attack was slim (if they were smart that is. )

First off, it really is nice to know that you've missed me everyone.

Her response unlike Channelle's was a warm hearted one. The fans begin to chant "FURY!!!" before she is finally allowed to continue.

Second of all, I have to congratulate the two of you. Tonight you officially made yourselves into the XWA's version of Paris & Nikki! I can only hope that your *ahem* friendship lasts longer.

Now let me get this straight, you are the "Centers of Attention" now? Pardon me if I'm wrong for saying this, but I do think that I've gotten my fair share of attention the last twelve or so months, don't you all agree?

Jamie turns to the fans, who respond her her in kind before she returns her attention back to the female contingent of VD.

I guess that means that you two are just going to have to deal with the fact that you're sharing the spotlight, because nobody, and I mean nobody is taking any attention away from me. You said something about pressing reset? Well Jenna, you might have gotten better at wrestling, but what on earth makes you think that I haven't?

Girl, I was good enough last year to be the holder of two titles in the XWA, and I was only beaten once in a one-on-one match, and I'll be the first to tell you that I've only gotten better for 2009. There isn't the training in the world that can prepare you for stepping into the ring with the Diamond Dominator, and you can ask Channelle about that one herself.

Rose: Jamie is pretty confident right now.

Lucy: I don't blame her, but I don't think it's safe to make an assumption that COA aren't going to make some noise.

Jamie pauses for a moment.

I'm not going to get ahead of myself here, because you know something? Robby Sylk is a world class competitor and a former World Champion, so if he's shown you a few tricks then that means that you'll be more prepared for what you're going up against tonight than you were in your hometown last year, Jenna. Channelle, I already know full well that there's no low you won't stoop to in order to get the win either, so the last thing I'm going to do is say that facing you two tonight is going to be a cakewalk...

...but I wonder. What does my partner have to say about that?

Jamie turned her eyes to the stage now after the segue. There was one more player that was yet to make her appearance.

[Amber Gianni]

Right on cue, Amber's new theme...a classic now by Beyonce known far and wide as "Check Up On It" began to play and once again the fans were on their feet and howling in excitement as the current Pearl Champion made her 2009 debut. On her lips was a big smile as she stepped out from backstage, and on her shoulder was the coveted title belt, the first of her career.

Rose: If you want to talk about attention getters, none have been better the last four years than Amber Gianni. It's safe to say that the Pearl Champion is indeed "The Sexiest Woman In Wrestling Today".

Lucy: And that's a fact that probably makes her one of the equally most popular and most envied superstars in wrestling of ANY gender. She's the "It Girl", no questions about that.

She steps into the ring wearing a single piece longsleeves dress with really high boots after greeting the fans herself, and Jamie hands her the mic she used to add to this little convo.

One thing stuck out to me like a sore thumb listening to all of this. Jenna, did you call us...ugly?

She scratches her head.

Long Island, do you all think that I'm ugly?

"NO!"

Do you think Jamie's ugly?

"NO!"

Do you think that COA here is ugly?

"NO!"

Well, it looks like we're all pretty even in the looks department, Baby. Could it be that you're still just a little bit bitter of the fact that I made you tap out last year? Yes, I think that might have just a little something to do with it.

Then, you use the fact that you had little experience as an excuse for losing? Can we be real for a second here? This is a wrestling ring and when you step into it you do so to wrestle. It doesn't matter to anyone how long you've been doing it, so long as you do it right then and there when the bell rings. You just couldn't hang that night, that's all there is to it sweetie. There's nothing wrong with that, really.

She playfully bats her eyelashes in a kind of "awwww" fashion.

So now you want some get-back for all that I can figure out. You want to return the favor here tonight. If Jamie's fine with it than so am I!

Rose: It looks like this match is official then!

After getting straight to the point, Amber waits for a response from either Channelle or Baby.

You two make it sound a lot like we're all in here on the same level and the same wavelengths.

WRONG! You have no clue, do you? Let me fill you in. Where are you from Amber? Pfft...Providence, Rhode Island? And you Jamie, Delaware? Good grief. How do you compare that to two genuine Hollywood blondes? I have no idea. How many songs about girls from either of those two "cities" are there compared to Cali girls? That's because we're A-list, top of the line, best of the best!

Amber, people call you the "Sexiest Woman In Wrestling" huh? The only reason that is...is because COA wasn't around when you were hobnobbing it in "Ohio". If I had my own website where I could show all of these pervs some skin, I'd be pretty damn popular too.

Hmmm, that just gave me an idea...

But you know the BIG difference? Every single word that you two say is custom tailored to satisfy all of the idiots sitting out here. That's your one and only advantage if you can even call it that, but Channelle and I don't want to be "liked". We don't need to be favorites because we already know that we're all that and a bag of chips, and sure as hell don't need cheap pops to prove it!

Baby paused to let the fans get their boo on.

Oh yeah, go right ahead and boo. The truth of the matter is that you only "hate" because we tell it like it is! You know that you're going to enjoy watching what it is that we have in store this year, even if you boo us. It's like Baywatch...you know you watched it and liked it even if you'll never admit it to anyone.

That's the reason why nothing these fans say or think means a damn thing, and why we're smart enough to see that! This is a new day in wrestling, ladies. Being popular doesn't mean a damn thing compared to being good, or in our case...bad.

Amber hands Jamie back the mic so that she can respond to Baby's statement.

Lucy: Jenna makes a good point. Just look at Kim Hunter for instance. She was always a fan favorite right up until she started saying and doing things they didn't like, and now they despise her.

You know what Baby? You're right. The fans are fickle. They know what they like and hate what they don't. That's been how it's been since the very beginning of "sports entertainment", but since they all are PAYING customers, they have every right to be!

The fans stood firmly behind Jamie.

Not everyone has a 300,000 hits a day website or an in your cases a trust fund or a sugar daddy to fall back on! Some of us do this because we love it so much that everything else in life takes a back seat to it, and for people like that, people like me, these fans are not just my family, they're my meal ticket!

Every since I became an Xtraordinaire, the money's been very good. But it's the money that each and every one of these fans dish out week after week, taking time out of their lives to come and see us compete that's been and always will be the life-blood of this business. Without them, you two would just be "background chicks" in another Snoop Dogg video!

You're the ones with wool over your eyes if you think that the public's opinion doesn't mean anything. Maybe not to you, but sure as hell to me, and I can say the same for Amber as well...and that's the reason why we work so hard to be better than we were the night before.

THAT'S the difference between the two of you and the two of us, Slade.

Amber adds in quickly:

And the only reason that they "wish they all could be California Girls" Jenna is because you all kind of a have a reputation of being easy.

I'm just saying.

[Channelle Valencia]

After that rather riveting speech from Jamie that seemed to rally and amp up the crowd even more, Channelle asks for the mic from Baby to respond.

That's exactly what it was she was talking about Jamie. You know you could have a promising career as a motivational speaker if you wanted to, you almost had even me convinced!

Let's cut to the chase on this here. These fans are not a back-up plan, and they can only "feed" you but so much. There's not much that a thousand cheers can do to soothe your soul after you've been beaten 1-2-3, so we'll see exactly how better they do make you tonight Fury, and we'll see how better you've gotten yourself as you said.

And Amber, what you need to realize is that there's every other California Girl and then there's us. We'll be happy to show you the difference later tonight. Until then ladies, ciao!

Rose: No love lost between these ladies here is there? There's going to be a lot of heat in this XGAMES2 rematch later tonight!

And then as Channelle's theme plays again, the two blondes leave the two brunettes in the ring to prepare for the rematch.
