JFK International Airport- Queens, NY
A private charter plane from Los Angeles touches down on the runway. It was a scene out of some kind of celebrity or sports report as the doors opened up and out from the jet stepped members of the newly revamped Viewer Discretion. Slowly but surely, the stars of the XWA old and new were making their way to their way the hometown of the company for the first show of the new season, and it was clear from the off-season buzz that things were shaping up to be big.
The first person out of the plane was the massive muscle of the group Breaker. He was sporting a newer, cleaner look...but was no less as mean looking. With the clear direction of the team being to make some noise, he was looking forward to being in the spotlight and not in the background.
Following him was the duo of Channelle and Jenna. Channelle had pretty much already established her footing within the Diamond Division in 2008, holding the coveted Diamond Title in a controversial fashion totally befitting the VD credo.
She chatted with "Baby" who's less than sterling debut at the end of 2008 season in defeat at the hands of the current Pearl Champion was still fresh on her mind. Together, the female contingent had designs all their own.
Last but not least Robby stepped out of the plane, already on the phone with the newest addition to the fold and an old friend of his by the name of Ryan X. Caliber, who was already in the city having came down from Canada, talking over plans for the first TakeDown of the season and what they would do.
Viewer Discretion is in the building...and as always it's advised, but will be ignored.
