Channelle's Profile...
* Height: 5'9"
* Weight: Like I would ever tell you.
* Hair: Blonde
* Eyes: Blue
* Hometown: Venice Beach, CA
* Age: Old enough to know what I want and how to get it.
* Years In Wrestling: 4
* Theme Song: "Bad Girl" by DJ Rap (which the admins have, so no link)
* How It Started: Are you sick of the model turned wrestler kind of story? Well TOO BAD FOR YOU!!! A girl who looks as good as I did could only have made it in California by showing off what I've got, so I started off as a model and "video chick". That got boring quick though. One night night I was at a bar with some friends and they had a wrestling show on, with the girls prancing around looking all pretty. I thought to myself I could kick their asses and look ten times better than them too, and that's when my wrestling fetish started. I took some money I made from modeling and joined a wrestling school. 9 months later I was signed to a developmental contract with the World Wrestling Alliance, and the rest is history.
* Gimmick: I'm that bitch. Ms. Glamourlicious. The eye candy that's bittersweet, but leaves you wanting more. I'll do anything to win. Anything. Whatever it takes.
* Wrestling Style: Let's just say that I don't like to play by the rules and leave it that.
* Gear/Outfit/Costume: I wear pink and yellow because it offsets who I really am to who I look like, or should I say who people label me as, idiots. Don't I look like the bubbly Barbie Doll Blonde? Well, I'm far from that, darling. Never judge a book by it's cover.
* Titles Held: The single most coveted prize in all of women's wrestling today, the XWA Diamond Championship. That was the time of my life...I can't wait to get my hands on it again.
* Biggest Win: It wasn't a win, so much as it was a personal victory. Independence Day 2008-The American Classic match. Me, fresh off of winning the Diamond Title in the ring with 5 other Diamonds who were all "supposed" to be so great that there would be no way that a Barbie like me could win, right? Well, I didn't...but I sure as hell didn't lose either. I outlasted them all, and at the end of the night when time ran out, I walked out the same way I walked in...champion.
* Worst Loss: Inside of a steel cage with a beast named Jamie Fury. The night I lost my precious Diamond Title. So she's a "Diamond Dominator"? She only won because she caught me with my guard down. It won't happen again next time.
* Favorite Type of Match: Whichever ones involve me showing the competition that I not only look better, but wrestle better than them.
* Favorite Moves/Holds: Whatever hurts them the most.
* Finisher: The Ravisher is the new name of my finisher, but it's the same as it always was. It's the sexiest neckbreaker you'll ever see.
* Biggest Allies: At the moment, I'd say that would be Jenna "Baby" Slade. We've got big plans for this year. Where she is, there's of course Robby Sylk, whom I've had the pleasure of being personally acquainted with early last year...and yes, she knows. Brings up some interesting conversations.
* Most Hated Enemies: Too many to list here, but at the top of the list right now would be The Sensationals. All of them. The only think they're going to be XWA's female "superteam".
* Favorite Wrestlers: Three people. Me, Myself and I.
* Wrestling Ambition: To further establish the fact that you don't need to be a media darling or attention whore to be big in this business. There might be a few girls who think they are the show, but I'm going to make it clear that I run the show.
Channelle's Personal Notes...
It's come to my attention that some people don't like me. What is this, a popularity contest? Last time I checked, being liked wasn't a necessity to succeed. In fact, if you look throughout history, some of the most successful people in the world were also some of the most ruthless. The kind of person who isn't afraid to step on some toes to get ahead, and in some cases they do it for fun. Me? I do it for sport.
The name of my game is being as good as I like and as bad as I want to be in the ring and out of it. You should already know how good I am by now...championship-caliber good, and just how bad too, enough to make the little girls cry to mommy. There isn't going to be a new direction for me in 2009, only one...and that's straight through anyone and anything that gets in my way of getting back to where I belong...the top.
