If you're going Rasta for a gimmick, I'd suggest using the Ethiopian flag (that's the second one for those who don't know) rather than the one that's of Africa, as that could represent "Black Power" just as much as it could the Rasta culture.
ALSO keep in mind that being Rasta and being Jamaican are two different things. You can be both of course, lol, but it sounds like you might be trying to do something Kofi Kingston-ish? Correct me if I'm wrong of course.
Anyways...go with choice #2.

trust me he knows what he's doing my friend is Ghanian and he's a Rastafarian himself. To bad he moved from NJ but this gimick change could work for him because that's what he is.

Nice GFX but a tad bit for a signature. And as 3x said it looks like your trying to go a little Kofiish so I would say Jamaica would be a good image to put in your sig.
