As the subject line says, there's now officially one month left of XWA's offseason. Which means it's crunch time people. I know a lot of you are still working on, or in many cases reworking on your caws, but if you have not submitted a formula or a save yet, you need to do so and FAST. Once the season officially starts, we will NOT be taking any more caws until the 1st off week, which will be after March Madness, the season's 1st PPV...at the END of March. The clock is ticking, ladies and gents, so get your caws in to us ASAP.

THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT YOUR 2009 CAWS IS MONDAY, MARCH 1ST 2009!!!
After March 2nd, no caws will be taken until the off week following March Madness. It's been weeks now and I myself have only received 12 caws. I know that many people are working on there caws still, but you've realistically had 3 months to do it. As mentioned in numerous posts:
Formulas are to be either posted in the caw registration section of the board, or PM'd to myself directly.
Saves are to be sent to 3X in his THR33XWA account, and themes if they were not submitted with your caw or posted in your profile are to be sent to the Sierra Hyde Easton (S.H.E.) account.
We are now in the final prep stages for 2009, retrieving caws, cataloging CAFs in an easy to use database, making avys, etc. So if you don't want to miss the boat for the 1st month of 2009, GET US YOU CAWS. The deadline will be strictly enforced.

It is now Tuesday, February 24th...1:02am EST. Which means there is now ONE WEEK left before the caw submission deadline.
ONE WEEK.
Why am I stressing this? Because I don't want people asking "Can I send you my caw now?" come March 2nd. Even for those people who have PM'd me stating either they don't have the game, or are having trouble still with their caws, the deadline is the deadline. Once March 1st comes, no caws will be excepted until the off-week following our 1st PPV, March Madness, because I'll be damned if I'm still making caws and gathering data from saves sent to 3X during the month. So if you haven't submitted a caw yet, the clock's almost at zero. And we all know it's VERY hard to catch up when you miss a full month of action. This week, members can expect to start seeing avys as well. When the season starts, we want to hit the ground running, and having to go back for late caws slows down the process. I'm sympathetic to those people who have PM'd me ahead of time stating their caws will be late, or still needs work, but we have a show to run, and I we can't hold up what we need to do because you're late getting your caws in. You've had going on 4 months to do so.
So once again to clear things up, after 12:00am EST, March 1st 2009...NO CAWS will be excepted for submission until after XWA's 1st full month of competition. If you're going to be later, just be late. Don't bombard my PM box with formulas, because there's no way I'm busting my ass in 1 week to make caws that you've had 4 months to send in formulas for in advance. If you're a save device user, that's different...because there's no legwork involved. That's about it.

Midnight EST for formulas folks. Send saves at your leisure, but don't dilly-dally. Roleplaying for the Season Premiere begins Wednesday March 4th. If you haven't beat the deadline, you can still roleplay for the month just to clarify, you just can't can't roleplay for a match.
For those who have sent me saves, you should be seeing your avatars popping up over the next couple of hours.
