*As the combatants of the first match leave the ring, the Jumbotron lights up with the beautiful Fabolia holding a microphone.*
”Ladies and gentlemen, my guest at this time, Kayn.”
*The crowd becomes unglued as the fan favorite comes onto the screen.*
”Kayn, I’d like to talk to you about what happened at ‘Only the Strong’. You pulled triple duty, not only being a semi-finalist in the tournament, but you were also involved in the 6 man tornado TLC match. How are you feeling tonight?”
“Well to be honest, I’m a little sore, but I’ll survive. All of those matches were grueling, but in the end I’m happy with my performance in all of them.”
”Can we talk about the ‘Only the Strong’ tournament for just a moment? You beat Jared Chase in the opening round, but lost to Adam in your second match. How does that make you feel?”
“Well to be honest, I don’t think it’s a bad thing that I lost to Adam. He wants that title shot a lot more than I do, and he deserves it, just like XXL, so I want to say congrats to both of you guys, and good luck at X-Games. Also, if you remember I beat Adam to get into the quarter finals for Vendetta, so I guess it’s retribution for him.”
*Kayn gives a small smile as Fabolia asks the next question.*
”What about the 6 man tag match?”
“Well, Scott and his boys beat us. I mean that’s all there is to it. I’m not going to complain or make excuses. They were more focused and won. It was an honor to be picked to join Ryan and Jayson in the ring as partners, but in the end Scott, Si and Brent were the better team on that night.”
*After that comment, Kayn looked up from the microphone and noticed someone standing just off the camera’s view.*

And so he applauded the words that were spoken did the man they call Robby Sylk...
Well spoken, dude...really well spoken. You know you've always had one helluva way with words, Kayn. I guess that's why you're one of the fan favorites nowdays isn't it?
He steps more clearly into the view of the camera now to continue...
But tell me this big man, exactly what have these fans given you lately, huh? Do you really think that they're admiration and affection mean ANYTHING in this business? I don't think so man.
See, look at me for example. Yeah sure, me and Marky-Marc dropped the ball against those schoolgirls, but ever since we stepped foot in the joint we did things OUR way, we didn't give a damn about anyone else. Not the "boys in the back" and damn sure not the fans, and look where I am as a result of it. No, I'm not the tag team champion anymore, but I do have a guaranteed spot in the main event at XGames.
That's right, little old me...and not on some technicality either...I survived some of the best this company, and this business had to offer in one damn night to get this spot, and do you think I have any love for any of those jack-offs but my boy Marcus? Hells no! The way I see it, you either ride with the winning team or you roll with the loser, and we all know that even if I lose...I'm still a winner.

*Kayn looks at Robby for a few moments. While they had never had any previous interaction, Kayn knew about Robby and his history in the company.*
“You know Robby, the admiration and affection of the fans is what makes me go out there night after night and perform to the best of my ability. They’re the reason I push myself as hard as I can in the gym, they’re the reason that I take years off my life and they mean more to me than anything this industry can give me. Titles come and titles go, but when you do what you can to give these people a good show, they remember you forever and that to me is everything.”
*The fans can be heard cheering through the arena. Kayn and Robby both look around. After their eyes lock again Kayn points up.*
“You hear that? That’s why I do what I do. I don’t do it to boast my past accomplishments, and if I’m only remembered as the guy that never held a title in this company, so be it, at least I’ll still be remembered. Now while you have an extraordinary god given talent in that ring, do you really want to go down in the history of this business as not only Marcus Devine’s running buddy, but also the guy that got every known STD from some of those chicks you run with?”
*An “Ohhh” cheer from the crowd is heard after that comment.*
“You’re good Robby, I’m not denying that, but no matter what you have accomplished or what you will accomplish here in the XWA, it’s not going to mean squat when you’re forgotten just like most of those that came and left before us.”
*Kayn looks at Robby and waits for a response.*

That's where you got it all wrong my man. I leave a lasting impression wherever it is that I go. Women want me and guys want to be me...or they just hate my guts. I wouldn't have it any other way.
See, it doesn't matter whether or not the fans like me or hate me, none of them will ever say that they don't know who the hell I am, especially in a few short weeks time when I reach the "promised land". All those people you talk about who came and went before us? Pffft...they're all just old news-has been or would-bes that couldn't handle the pressure, that damn sure isn't me Kayn, not by a long shot.
I'm here because I am the SHOW-STOPPA of the XWA!!! Just when you think I couldn't get it done I slipped in and made it happen, and that's what I'm gonna keep on doing no matter who I do it to and no matter who likes it or not. Those fans, can boo me all they want-and guys like you can be as jealous as you want to be, that's not changing the fact that do it my way, and I do it damn well. You can keep your fanbase, they might get you a nice royalty check from all the merchandise, but I'll take SUCCESS over that any day!
You know what, it's been a while...I'd be more than happy to get into the ring and make you the "Highlight of the Night", and you're sounding pretty froggy, big man. How's about you "jump" to it?

“Well, they say envy is the ulcer of the soul and one thing I can tell you is I am not is jealous of you or your success. Everything I’ve received, I’ve earned and I have no reason to be jealous of anyone else’s success, because if it was something to be jealous of, I’d work my ass off and I’d have it. You are right about one thing however, it has been awhile since you’ve been in the ring, so let’s make it happen. Tonight, you and me, one on one and while you may make me the ‘Highlight of the Night’, to me you’re only another big mouth I’m going to have to shut.”
*Kayn looks at Robby and waits to see if he has a response*

With a few pats on the chest he blows a kiss towards Fabiola before he backs away and exits stage left...

*Kayn watches Robby leave, he then looks at Fabolia and shrugs his shoulders. As he does this the commenters can be heard*
Mike: ”You heard it Buzz, tonight it’s going to be ‘The R*Star’ Robby Sylk versus Kayn.”
Buzz: ”I think tonight Kayn may have ran his mouth for the last time. Robby’s going to make him wish he’d stayed home.”
*The theme music for one of the combatants of the next match starts to play over the house system, heralding the start of the next match*
