Romeo Davis stands behind the black curtain. This was the moment of truth. It was the big one. It was XGames II. He stood behind the curtain in his wrestling attire with the XWA Pure Championship wrapped snug around his waist. He waited for his cue to make his appearance on the biggest stage of the year.
Suddenly Romeo’s theme music began to play throughout the arena. The crowd rose to their feet and began to cheer. This was the loudest that Romeo has ever heard the crowd. It was the biggest stage and the show was sold out. After a few seconds into the song, the black curtain is pushed to the side and there he was. Romeo stepped out in front of the fans as the cheering was louder. He began to nod his head as he tapped the title around his waist. He taunted for the fans and began his walk down the ring. As he reached close to the end of the ramp he began giving high fives to the fans who had been sticking their hands out. Romeo gets a light job going and slides into the ring. He takes the title off his waist and raises it high up in the air for all the fans to see. He lowers the title and signals for a microphone. He receives the microphone and makes his way to the center of the ring. He pauses for a moment before lifting the microphone to his lips.
"WHAT UP LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA???"
The crowd erupted after Romeo asked the question. You can tell that the crowd has been pumped up all night for this event. They have seen some great matches and they are ready for more action.
"Aight I gotta say that it feels great being back in Cali for the biggest event of the year. XGames II, man this has gotta be one of the best days of my life. Now earlier tonight Magnus said a few good words about me. Magnus I gotta say thanks to ya bro. I worked hard for that defense and I’m glad to say that I am a worthy opponent. I agree with you, our paths will cross again whether a title is on the line or not. You are a great wrestler and it would be an honor to step into the ring with you again at some point."
Romeo lowers the microphone for a moment. He looks are the surrounding fans and begins to nod his head. He then lifts the microphone up to his lips once again and begins to speak.
"Here I am sittin’ in the back trying to figure out who I want to wrestle here tonight with the Pure title on the line. Let me tell ya, it is hard tryin’ to find someone to wrestle because there are so many great wrestlers in this business. This is gonna be the biggest match of my career because if I win I’ll be takin’ this title into the offseason and into the 2009 season of the XWA. I want to wrestle against someone who is real good tonight. I want this match to be talked about when the season is over. I was runnin’ through the list and I can’t single out any one person. So I’m gonna make my job easier by setting out an open challenge to any wrestler in the back. Who wants to wrestle me later tonight with the Pure title on the line. It’s the end of the season and I know there is someone out there that wants a shot. It’s go big or go home. I’m ready to go big and end the season with a bang. Come on down and show me what ya got."
Romeo lowers the microphone and lifts his title up in the air in front of all the fans. They begin to cheer once again. He wants this match to be the biggest of his career. He turns his head to the stage area and waits for someone to make their appearance.

All of a sudden the lights went out, moments later a gong sounded through the PA. The fans burst with cheers from the the darkness a spotlight shone on the entrance stage. A few seconds later King walked from the entrance curtain towards the light. He stops for a moment looking at the sold out XGames arena, the fans now cheer louder than before as they haven't seen King for months. King proceeds to walk towards the ring, once there he climbs up the steel steps taking his time, then through the ropes. He stands near the corner turnbuckle he then gives Romeo a cold stare, King rolls his eyes up and make a hand gesture signaling that he wants the Pure Title around his waist.

Romeo lifts one eyebrow up and looks over at this man or whatever it was looking over at him. He didn’t know who this person was and why they came down to the ring without saying anything. Romeo then shook his head before lifting the microphone back to his lips.
"Who the hell are you? Actually don’t answer that cause I really don’t care. Who comes down to the ring with their fancy hat, coat, and face mask and signals a title match. Do you talk? Can you speak? Haven’t you been told that if you want something use your words?"
Something then clicked in Romeo’s head.
"Oh I know who ya are. Ha, you’re that King fella. Yeah so you haven’t shown your face around here forever and now you want to come down here and challenge for a title shot? How many matches have you been in since this play opened up in March, like five? Seriously man you make me laugh. It’s funny how people disappear but then magically show up because someone set out an open challenge with the title on the line. But hey I’m not here to deny a shot that you want I guess. I mean ya really didn’t state that ya wanted a shot. You just came down to the ring, stared at me, and moved your arms around your waist. So that’s why I’m guessing ya want a title shot from me."

King looks on Romeo, then at the belt around his waist. King would love to leave the XGame as a champion. King walks towards Romeo, Romeo backs up a bit incase King might sneak a punch at him. King looks down at Romeo's hand that holds the mic, King snatches the mic off Romeo's hand he pulls out the XWA logo too give him more grip on the mic, he then proceeds to say a few words.
You and me for the Pure Championship tonight...Ironman(20min)
King then throws the mic back to Romeo which he catches.

Romeo couldn’t help but to laugh a little bit before lifting the microphone back up to his lips.
"First of all King stop lookin’ down at my waist. You are freakin’ be out a bit cause the title is in my hand away from my waist. Second of all you gotta start usin’ more words when talkin’ to people man. This you me stuff isn’t gonna work around me. Now you say that ya want an Ironman match well I’m gonna have to deny. Nope this is for the Pure Championship which means Pure rules all the way. That just means the first person to get a pin fall or submission wins the match. Pure wrestlin’ is what it’s about man. If ya don’t want the match then I can understand. You can go find someone else to wrestle in an Ironman match with."
Romeo lowers the microphone and hikes up the title onto his shoulder. He looked back at King. He showed no fear toward King who would think that he would be able to scare him. No, Romeo was ready for his final match of the year. It was going to be big.

Brian Dawson comes from the back and the fans cheer real loud. He was wearing a tan TAP-OUT shirt, fade blue jeans, and impulse shoes.

What's up Cailfornia. This is where the fans love me!! Yeah!! People know me here because when I was out recovering I bent the rules a little and joined a fight club. It was posted on Youtube of me just beating the crap out of all of these great fighters in Cail. I love you guys.

Yeah yeah. I know this match is about to be on it way but who wants to see a fighting giraffe vs. Bob Marley illgemament son!! Then on top of that it's a damn ironman match!!

How about we add more crazy-ness to the bunch and have a former cage fighter now club fighter in the mix!!

After listening to what Brian Dawson said Romeo slowly shakes his head. Another person jumping in on a title match when they haven’t been around. Romeo was a bit agitated by this. He slowly lifted the microphone to his lips and began speaking.
"Hold on real quick. What the hell did you just call me? I’m just gonna forget that you didn’t call me anything by the name of Bob Marley. Don’t hate on him bro. Who the hell do you think you are comin’ down here after being away forever and adding yourself to the mix? Seriously just cause this is the final pay per view doesn’t mean you can come out of hidin’ and challenge for my Pure title. You should at least have some decency to be around and actually wrestle before challenging for a title shot. But you are right, sadly I do have to say yes but I’ve got a better idea. Since y’all wanna come down here and challenge for the title after not being around for months then we’re gonna do this. You two will face off in this ring and the winner will go on to challenge me for the Pure title later on tonight night. The both of ya just want a piece of gold around your waist before the season ends. You don’t really have the heart and desire for the title like I do. I challenge for the title because I thought I was ready and I really wanted the Pure title around my waist. This isn’t just about getting a title, this Pure title is about true wrestling that take a lot of skill. Pure matches aren’t a joke. They take a lot of endurance to compete in cause you aren’t allowed to exit the ring for a breather. The Pure title has meaning to me and everyone else who has held it. There has only been three champions since it was lost at the beginning of the year. Kayn, Magnus, and I. We don’t mess around in the ring. We know what it feels like to wrestle under Pure rules. I don’t y’all understand that. So like I said you two will face off against each other and the winner will go on to wrestle me later on tonight. To make things better how about you two face off in a Pure rules match just to see how it actually feels before you wrestle me later. I like the sound of that and I’m sure all these fans out here want to see this happen."
Romeo lowers the microphone as the fans begin to cheer. He put his two cents in about the match and now it was time for the two to decide whether they want the chance or not. He lifts the microphone to his lips again to say something more.
"So what do ya say fellas. Deal or no deal?"

Crowd laughs at the joke Brian made.
Oh yeah if you haven't noticed mate. Last year King fought in a numerous events of pure matches. So you can call him pure. Looking at me. I pure in the flesh baby. So are you gonna make this a tree I mean three way Ziggy? Or you gonna be the wank ass rastafarian I was seeing for the past few weeks!!
Now now, these insult may not hurt you because you have no bloody fucking charecter. But I thought you was the gimick less proud champion. Why are you scared..... of a little competion

Romeo was cool, calm, and collected. He wasn’t going to let someone of Brian’s caliber get to him. He lifted the microphone to his lips.
"Yeah, yeah, yeah go ahead and keep sayin’ all your crap tryin’ to get under my skin. Ha, you can do it all night and well it ain’t gonna phase me man. You can try to get under my skin and well it’s not gonna work bro. There are so many things that I can say ‘bout ya but I’m not the type of person to stoop down to that level of yours. You think I’m getting’ out of real competition, nah man I’m not. I’m tryin’ to weed out the ones that don’t deserve a title shot. You, Brian, you don’t aren’t anywhere near deserving of a title shot. The only reason you came after this belt is because anyone can challenge for it. I can’t deny anyone a shot. Well guess what I’m doin’? I’m not denyin’ either of you for a shot. All I said was that you two will face off and the winner will go on to challenge me. Why are you so scared of wrestlin’ King alone? Oh I know why you jumped into this match man. Duh, you just wanna sit back and wait for your chance to get the lucky pin and win the title. Hmm, yeah some competition huh? Yeah, no that’s not how I roll man."

Hell no, I hurt this wank ass Giraffe too. But you can go ahead get on me about losing matches. So!! I was under the control of man known as MG. I'm free now and I got a whole new mindset and these fans behind me know I got a whole new mindset!!
And look I don't wait around I fight....

"Under the control of MG huh? Hmm that shows a real man right there lettin’ someone else control them. But hey you say that you have yourself a new mindset then why don’t you show me this new mindset of yours. Show me that you are a worthy competitor and bear King tonight. Then you will be facin’ me and the Pure Championship will be on the line. I’m pretty sure you can beat King so don’t ya worry ‘bout a thing. I’ll catch ya later tonight."
With that Romeo drops the microphone and raises the title high in the air. The fans begin to cheer. Romeo looks at Brian then over at King. He then points at the title before exiting the ring letting the two men get prepared for their match. The winner will go on to face Romeo later in the night. Romeo begins to walk up the ramp. Just about midway he stops and turns around. He begins to clap his hands getting the crowd pumped up for the match. He then turns back makes his way backstage.
