XGames comes back live following a previous segment, and the arena fills with the theme of the STILL reigning X-Gen champion, Brian Yang. The fans boo as the brash young champion heads to the ring. Inside, he hoists the title high over his head and smirks. He snatches the mic from the PA announcer, and starts his address.
Pablo Reyes. Saizo Kodanashi. Evan Fate. Jimmy Ames. Four of the best names in the game. Four of the top guys in the business. Four of the best the X-Gen Division have to offer. And what do all four have in common? The all fell short of the goal line. Just when they though they had the TD scored...I stumped them all forth and short on the one yard line.
Turnover...on...downs.
Brian laughs a bit as the fans continue to boo him.
So it begs to be asked, who's left? XWA has thrown the four best they had at me, and I beat them all. So what's next? DO I have to sift through "The Rest" until one of those four move back up the title ladder? Who the hell IS there left? Lionel Xander? The guy hasn't wrestled in months, I doubt he wants a piece of me. James Bowen? Fresh off the Injured list and not even worth my damn time. King Cobra? Are you friggin' kidding me? I'd run rings around that un-color coordinated freak. You see those tights of his? WOW!!! Ryan Blaze? Maybe when he grows a few more pubes. Let's face it people, The X-Gen Division begins and ends with yours truly. Why the hell do you think guys like Sledge, Aces or Punch haven't even come knocking on my door? Because they know better. They know a legend when they see one. And speaking of Legends, what about my old buddy Jeff Heaven? AKA the 1st step I took on my rise to the top? *Heh heh heh*
Brian was in top form tonight. He drapes the title over his shoulder and concludes.
Maybe, just maybe...someone can actually give me a challenge tonight. So to any of the guys backstage in the division that I haven't beat ass on, here's you 15 minutes of fame. I'm putting out an open challenge for one of you to come on down to this ring later tonight, and get your face smashed in by THE X-Gen champion. That is...if there's anyone left up to the task.
Week after week Brian's brazen attitude grew bolder and bolder. He smirks and waits for a would be challenger.

With a cocked brow and a look of unimpressed disbelief, Brian brings his mic up to respond.
I ducked you at Devil's Night? I don't know what the hell you smoke when your on your off days, but I was a little to busy handing Jimmy Ames his ass on at Devil's Night. You know, one of the guys who actually has a credible wrestling career? Let's take a look at what you've done lately. You beat James Bowen, who's been gimp for the last four months. Then what else? Wait...There isn't much is there? You did get it handed to you by Devlin when you 1st came on the scene, I do remember that. But dude, you've got about as much chance of beating me as you have Shayla Styles beating you off. I'm on a whole other level then Bowen, my friend. A level that your ass is going to see good and well. So bring your notebook, pal. You're getting a lesson in the finer points of how to get you ass kicked.

You don't get it huh? I didn't do much for X-Gen all I did was request beat downs from Atlas and as a matter of a fact me and Adam had a very close match. I didn't really fight a X-Gen match except the Four Way we had way back when. I'm a new man! I'm a new fighter. I think you should grab a notebook too. Cause you better get ready to write a story of the Underdog!
Fans are at a silence

That silence is broken by "Moth", which signals the arrival of Ryan Blaze. Wearing nothing but his ring gear and an "XG2" shirt, he walks out onto the stage holding a mic. His music dies, and he speaks.
No pubes? You're supposed to write with markers, not sniff them.
Since you're king shit, B, I'll assume you don't mind me joining in on this. I've been apart of the X-Gen since the beginning, however, due to a knee injury from Jimmy Ames near the beginning of the year, I haven't been very active. Tonight, that changes. I'm here to challenge you for that title. Win or lose, I'll continue onto next season rolling he X-style.
Ryan looks out to the crowd.
Do you want it? Do you want to see a three way?
They respond in a cheer. Ryan changes his focus to the announce team.
How'd you like to call a three way at XGames2?
BuZZ - I'd love it!
Roach - That's something we can agree on.
Ryan changes his focus back to Brian.
You heard them, Brian. They want to see you defend against the two of us. It's up to you, champ. Are you as good as you say you are? Can you beat us both?

Brian digs in for a response for both men.
"A new man" you say, Cobra? *Heh* That's classic. Seriously, it is. It's nice to feel confident about yourself after a couple wins. But you're looking at the man who's at the top of the X-Gen food chain. The best Junior Heavyweight on the planet. I've beaten everyone there is to beat. And last I checked, a "Dragon" kicks a "Cobra's" ass 9 times out of 10. So don't expect any miracles. Then we move on to Mr. Blaze. A man with as much upside as The Dodgers, and we all know what happened to them in the post season, eh?
The Los Angeles crowd were none to pleased with Brian's shot at the home town baseball team.
Finally trying to take hold of that brass ring, eh Ryan? I mean seeing as the last time you even held a championship was more then a year ago. Whatever happened to all of that potential, eh? You were main eventing PPVs. Going up against the BIG boys like Wyle, and Cade and Nedermeyer. Now look at you? You're a freakin' joke. A laughing stock. Prime example of how a guy can fall from grace simply be slackin' off. You're not even in my sport, let alone my league. But I'm not gonna deny you a shot at the title. Oh no. I'm gonna let both of you have your moment in the spotlight. So I can kill both of your hopes, and finish 2008 solidifying the fact that I am the most dominant champion in XWA today. If you though Kayn had a vice grip on the Pure Division, you ain't seeing nothing yet. I rule the X-Gen Division with and iron fist. And you two chumps get to be the next to names on the list of would be challengers to get burned by The Dragon.
With a cocky chuckle, Brian awaits the next response from wither challenger.

Hah, you're funny, B. Real funny.
I'll be the first to admit, you're good. You're real good. You're not phenomenal, though. You're not a legend. Maybe some day, but not now. Not anytime soon, either.
Being cocky is good and bad. You're confident with yourself, good. You believe you're a good fighter. That's good. However, when you fall, whether it be tonight, or months from now, you'll crash hard. Really hard.
We don't have to worry about you crashing hard months from now. My goal is to ruin you tonight.

Just to throw some ideas around to get the crowd going. But no pop was given to Cobra

Just then, the theme of "The Boss" hits the PA...Roach: Here comes The Boss!!! And when he shows up, good things happen. Buzz: Or bad things depending on how you rub him. This could get interesting.Standing at the stage, Gallas raises his mic to make an announcement. As I was sitting backstage hearing 'ze fires of competition flare up between 'ze 3 of you, and hearing Cobra's idea, it got me to pondering. While 'ze elimination aspect of such a match isn't exactly needed, 'ze X-Gen Division is meant to exemplify the pinnacle of peak performance. As X-Gen competitors, you are the best, most skilled athletes XWA has to offer. Not afraid to risk life and limb for total victory. Which is why here an now I'm making an executive decision. It will be Brian Yang defending 'ze X-Gen Title against you Ryan Blaze...and you Cobra...in 'ze 1st ever 3 Way Last Man Standing Match. Victory will be attained when one of you can manage to knock one of 'ze other competitors out for a 10 count KO. 'Ze man who does, leaves either 'ze new, or retaining X-Gen Champion. The concept indeed was something that had never been done before, and the fans were more the receptive to seeing another XWA, and wrestling 1st. Roach: That changed the dynamic of the match completely. It's still a Triple Threat, and the champion Yang still doesn't have to be defeated to lose, but hell if this isn't gonna be a freakin' free for all. Buzz: You'd think that, Mike. But you forget Yang's one of if not the best damn striker in XWA. That Dragon Fang kick of his his knocked out the best of them. He hits it on either of these two and he's getting title defense number five.To each of you, I wish you 'ze best of luck. With that, Gallas leaves the stage to let the 3 men mull over what would now be a memorable title match indeed.
