XWA legal makes me say this, so here it goes: Views expressed in "Sushi-X Files" do not necessarily reflect the views of the Xtraordinary Wrestling Association, its management, its talent, or other employees. In other words, the views here are my own.
Dateline: Dallas, Texas. October 25, 2008. 5:50pm.
In just a week's time, I'm facing MG. For what you ask? Basically my freedom. So I know what you're asking... hey, Sushi-X, how did it come to this? Fact is, it was probably a long time coming. See, when I came here to XWA, I had goals. Make a name for myself, probably be X-Gen champion by the end of the season. I wanted to earn my way here, so for my debut match, I took on (and nearly beat) Dru Nedermayer. Lemme tell ya, he's one tough cat. You don't wanna run into him in a dark alley... much less a well-lit one. Then this cat MG gets in my face. Guess he and Dru had a long-standing beef. Not my problem, I was just looking for some respect. Anyways, he calls me and Dru out for a match at the March Madness PPV. Much to the surprise of everyone, I won. I know what you probably were thinking. Who in the hell does he think he is coming in XWA, not paying his dues, and gets his first win over one of the legends of the game? Mind ya, he didn't lose a match in his XWA career before I beat him--and he beat me once already. I run into MG again and he tells me what the whole situation was between him and Dru. Maybe it was time for a change. So, along with "8-Ball" Brian Dawson, we hatched a plan for XWA domination. We were TNN. We were going to be the most feared faction in XWA. But we needed to tip the "Balance of Power". On the next Sushi-X Files, I'll explain my side on the fall of TNN...and why one should never underestimate the Power of X.
Sushi-X out.
