The instrumental of Erykah Badu's "Honey" began to play during the OTS Qualifier Special, and making a surprise appearance to the crowd in Italy was none other than Jamie Fury. She stepped out to the stage looking as confident as ever as she made the walk to the ring.

BuZZ: Well, it's the "Diamond Dominator" herself, Jamie Fury. Always a pleasure to see this lady, but why is she here?

That was a question that was going to be found out soon enough. She stepped into the ring where a microphone waited for her. In her hand was some form of paper document.

I'll get right to the point here everyone. The reason why I'm out here tonight is to make an official announcement to all of you, and to one woman in particular...our still reigning Diamond Champion Channelle.

The sound of boos at the mention of that woman's name is near deafening.

Yeah I know, she's still the champ. She managed to beat Alundra Jade at Solstice. Congrats on that there, Chan...but I wouldn't get too cocky about it, even though we know that's exactly what you're going to be. The fact of the matter though is that as of right now, you have yourself a new challenger for the Diamond Title, and her name just so happens to be Jamie Fury!

Roach: Whoa! I had a feeling that was what this was all about. Jamie Fury's the new #1 contender.

BuZZ: Might as well hand her the title right now...

That's right Channelle, at Only The Strong in Athens it's going to be you and me one-on-one for the Diamond Championship. It's going to be the happiest night of my life and of the rest of the Diamond Division's as well, because on that night your run is finally going to come to a halt. An end. A dramatic climax, and there's gonna be a whole lot of smiles in the arena when it does.

I'm not going to come out here and say that I'm going to flatten you, or destroy you, or beat you to a bloody pulp, because everyone should know by now that I'm not that kind of person. All you have to do Channelle is look back on my XWA career this season and you'll know exactly what it is that I'm going to do, because in case you've forgotten...I've done it to you as well.

Roach: Very true. Jamie has a pinfall victory over Channelle.

It's going to be a bit of history repeating itself at OTS. You're good Channelle...and I'm not going to kid myself like some other ladies have done in the past in thinking or saying that you're not. Those girls wound up falling short of the finish line, but I'm going to cross it because as good as you are-as resourceful and smart as you may be when it comes to the Diamond Title and finding a way to keep it, you're about to step into the ring with a real "thinking woman's" wrestler. Nobody plays the strategy game better than me, and this right here is a game that you I'm sorry to say just aren't going to win.

Not but a few seconds after Jame finished speaking did Channelle's theme begin to play now. She heard the new of her next challenger beforehand, and much like Jamie had intention to speak her case out as soon as possible, not even waiting for the next Glitter show.

There she stood on stage with the Diamond Championship still in her possession after a brutal match in Las Vegas. With every win, Channelle's confidence (or cockiness) grew more and more, and as she made her way to th ring, you could tell that right now wasn't going to be any different.

I'm just not going to win, huh? So I should just do what that undersexed retard Buzz Berman just said and hand you the title right now, is that it?

Yeah, you do have a pinfall victory against me Jamie. Yeah, you have been all the hype this year...how many matches have you lost anyway? Only your last championship match against Sonya and The American Classic, right?

Pretty impressive...but you know what Jamie? Today is a new day.

Channelle turned her attention to the fans...

At Solstice, I beat Alundra Jade...a veteran...into a bloody pulp. Give her the effort award, but after as many shots to the head as she took, it was only a matter of time before she wasn't going to be able to continue. Why the hell did you think I picked a Fight To The Finish match against her at the start? Did you see how many neckbreakers I hit her with? Collateral damage, all softening her up for the big fat kill.

She'd never admit it, but I know as much as she does that didn't go into that match at 100% and that's exactly what I had intended. Now THAT'S what you call strategy, Jamie. That's been the name of my game from the very beginning, so get it out of your system the fact that you think you're so "smart"...because nobody outsmarts the competition better than me!

...then she focussed once more on the new challenger.

And now, the competition is you. Do I look worried? Not when I know that there's some way, some method to make all that power you have amount to nothing. You're right about one thing, I know exactly what to expect from you...the same old slam-throw-repeat. I don't know what makes you think that I'll fall for those tricks twice. It might have worked the last time...but this time it's going to be serious.

Channelle is at her best when the prize is on the line and that's something that everyone is starting to figure out now. Only The Strong will be your turn to learn that for yourself...but it's not going to be just another match. Let's make it interesting. Let's add to the mix a 15 foot high Steel Cage. I'm becoming more and more fond of being just plan nasty...and that's going to be the perfect way to show you just how nasty I can be.
